Always a little on the busy side but still pretty quick. This trip's meal was as expected, though the fries were a little less salty than I'd like :)

the wait time is ridiculous. I am always being parked. The drive thru line is blocks parking spaces so if someone want to get in or out they either have to wait until the line moves or the drive thru line has to reverse. the worst part is getting out, you either have to wait on people exiting the highway and getting a red light or go down to the homezone parking lot and wait on that light to make a left. everytime i go to this mcdonalds im annoyed and sometimes they get the food wrong.

No customer service at all!! They’re so rude I ask a question and it’s like it’s coming out of their pocket to answer back. Never going again
Placed an order and when I went to pick it up they told me there was no order for me, showed them my confirmation showing my order and their store location and they still told me there was no order for me and there was nothing they could do.

Very slow and SHALANDREA was VERY RUDE! Shalandrea was at window one when I was there. I wanted to use my points for a free frappe. She entered my code, then told me to hold on and walked away. I heard arguing from her and 2 other workers while I was waiting at the window. After she eventually came back, she asked for my code again, then proceeded to tell me that the code didn’t work and that I needed to wait 14 minutes before I could use the code. I tried explaining to her that this was my first time using the code and that I understand how the McDonald’s rewards system works. She yelled and did not listen to what I was saying. She kept repeating “do you want me to take off the frappe or not?”, in a very rude and angry tone. She did not try to fix it or even understand the issue at all. However, I did speak to the manager and she was very nice and helpful! Overall, the manager is great, but Shalandrea’s customer service is TERRIBLE and I will not be back, because of her!

Slow, I asked for some fresh cookies everybody had an attitude. Then they told me to park in 3 I parked in 3 and they brought me out the same cookies 3 times! Really just trying to play in my face as if I didn’t know it was the same cookies. All I wanted was some fresh cookies that’s it that’s all!!

No one wants cold old fries. A small fry cost is the same price as that whole bag. I don't understand why some of y'all catch attitudes because we want our food fresh. Customers money is how you get paid. I had to throw my grandbaby's fries away.

Drive through line always takes forever. They prioritize one of the two speakers letting several cars go through on the other side making your wait even longer.
I got a Oreo mcflurry, an ice cream cone and a milkshake and I asked the guy at the window for a straw and for a spoon for my McFlurry and he said don’t got none. real rude.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE!!! Every time we order food from here with any delivery service we either don't get items or the drinks are flat or a myriad of any other issue present. Management has been called but clearly no care is being given. Order from elsewhere and maybe the message will get high enough to actually care to make a change. I'm going elsewhere.
