Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I've brought my daughter here a few times and each time it's just nasty to me. This will be the LAST TIME I patronize this establishment. The 1st time, I didn't know it was self serve so the workers went over how it worked. Sure. The 2nd time i felt the same way, but my daughters 7 and we were at the shopping center so i was like sure. This time im just like you know what, this is the last time! The cleanliness is ick, the scales aren't wiped off half the time, all the toppi gs like whipped cream are just out, no lids, so air and other people's breathing is just all over those toppings. I kept it pretty basic when we visited. I don't see how they pass health inspection. I recommend Swirled Peace in Bishop Arts District, Jose there is great and it is top tier clean!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE, the workers are so nice, they went out of their way to help me choose their favorite yogurts since it was my first time here. Specially the girl named Ari. She was really helpful and nice! Will definitely be coming back!

First time going there, it’s a nice little spot. Was greeted very nicely when I entered and they explained the whole process very well making it easy for me as it was my first time. The vibes were nice and I definitely would would come again.

This is by far the best place i’ve been to, my husband and kids really enjoy it! I was greeted by very nice workers, the place looks well maintained. I will be coming back!

this place wow! There is always a variety of options and the workers are always so sweet. Last time I was having trouble with the topping and knocked a couple over but the workers came over to help immediately and even offered to help me after with my toppings. I was very satisfied with my visit, they are always so helpful. They additionally recommend me some nice places to take my daughter shopping!

I come here very often, always satisfied. The bar is always clean and I love getting a sweet treat with friends while shopping! There is a variety of options available for frozen yogurt and toppings. Definitely recommend

Man....this place is so sorry. The kids working here were just sitting around talking and most of the yogurt was out. Service was non existent!

The ice creams were very delicious, but today the place was too dirty, the garbage cans were so full that there was even garbage on the floor and the tables were also dirty, workers doing nothing.

I took my God sister here for a small treat on Friday, this is my favorite froyo spot ! When we walked in we were not greeted, the ladies were playing around being overly loud while we were sitting down. The scales were super dirty it was a head turn for me. I will take my business elsewhere I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in such a space. On top of that the starring I’ve met some nice young ladies here but the ones on this shift were disrespectful.

Got here at 10:05 and doors were locked. I was nearby and wanted something refreshing because of tx summer heat. Not coming back.
