If I had read the reviews before, I wouldn't have ordered from here. I ordered the sesame chicken before reading the reviews. I haven't been here in at least 3 years, so I didn't know that other reviews had mentioned hair in the food. Anyways, I prayed over my food several times (thank you Jesus), then inspected it thoroughly. With that being said, it tasted okay, not great, and for the price, it's not worth it. Also, the restaurant was EMPTY at 6:30 pm, like 3 people dining-in, which should tell you that something is not right. However, there were 100 people at Cici's next door. I don't want to give this place a bad rating, but there are several reviews about hair being in the food on Yelp and Google. I would find a better place to get Chinese food, although the best Chinese spots are in North Dallas in my opinion.

I tried so hard not to write this review but somebody gots to do it. This is my experience; if i can save someone else a drive, money & stomach discomfort the Happy Family i ordered was **Trash. TRASH I do not recommend this place for chinese food at all. Once i made it back home and opened my food it looked sick if that makes sense.

This place is too inconsistent. Lately, anytime I have ordered an entre, it isn't according to the description. I ordered kung poa chicken and got some thrown together stir fry with avwhite sauce and peanuts. I guess they were hoping I wouldn't know the difference. If was the second time they did this but it was a different entre. Now I understand why it's not as busy as it used to be. I'll be looking for a new spot.

Ordered California rolls but unfortunately they don't have eel sauce or spicy mayo. I was really disappointed about that but the chicken fried rice was really good.

I’m taking my time out to write this and it’s not a joke. I found hair attached to tissue. I had chicken. This was Not a human hair I don’t know what the hell it was. I took my food back there and spoke to the owner. I’ve been going to this restaurant for at least seven years since I’ve been living in I’m a local business owner, which he knows that I brought my food to him and showed him and asked her what are all of these hairs Food, they do not look like human hair. They were very, very thick and straight. The gentleman got upset with me asked me that I want a refund. And then told me to get out which I was very shocked and very upset from the experience did not even apologize. Nothing at all, so I turned to the people that were sitting down. And I showed them and I told them all to be very careful in this restaurant I would never ever ever ever go to this place ever again. I did not have to make this Post I’m taking my time out to do so to warn other people that might take their family to this place this place should not be in business in Cedar Hill It was definitely a rotten hair I added a picture so you can see yourself I also contacted the health department

I’m taking a time out to share this information. I did not have to, but I’m doing so I have supported this restaurant for seven years me and my family we purchased about $40 worth of food and as I was sitting down eating my food me and my family, as I was chewing my food I felt something in the back of my throat, so I coughed it up. It was a really big thick hair, and it was attached to some type of flesh. I threw up. I was completely grossed out and as I looked inside of the container, there were several pairs like this they were not human hairs. It was of something else and it definitely was not beef hairs or a cow hair. I approach the owner and asked him I was like what is this is some type of hair connected to tissue this is not human hair so what is this? This guy had the nerve to ask me what do you want me to do? Do you want me to remake it? I told him no I asked him for a full refund and I still want to know what is this in our food these hairs were very thick. He got upset with me and gave me my refund and yelled at me and told me to get out which I was very shocked because I’ve been knowing and speaking to this man for years. I’m just telling you you can take it for what you want to if you want to eat there ether I don’t care I did my part as Someone in this community in Cedar Hill.
