wasn’t clean poor atmosphere, the employees who worked there need to work on keeping the restaurant clean it was so nasty the tables and floor was disgusting. And the bathroom was out of service horrible this place use to be nice but it has went downhill over the years.

Attended a social event from my church, and the place is way too small for social events. There's not a 'private' room to gather, you're simply in the mix with everybody else. It was loud, uninviting, and just not the right place to have a social event. Our meal was 'catered '. Food options were lasagna, chicken Alfredo, and salmon. Let's just say the 20$ I paid were simply a donation because I didn't eat anything. The lady that sat in front of me, with salmon, frowned at her food, but worst was the smell of her entrée. Another lady sat down with pasta, and it was stuck in cluncks. I did grab ONE piece of the calamari that was brought to the table, and it tasted like it was cooked in old oi. I may go back to experience it as a regular customer and only try their pizza, but I'm just not rushing back any time soon.

Best Italian food in the area. The mussels puttanesca were the highlight. The ordering system isn't high tech and several mistakes were made with either double orders or items missing. I think it may be due to new team members. However, the food is so good that it overshadows the service. I'm definitely coming back.

I took my date here on 11/20/24 to show him how good the food was. Because I’ve never had an issue. But he found a HAIR IN HIS SANDWICH. It wasn’t supper long but he spotted it immediately while ALMOST FINISHING THE SANDWICH.. it was an OBVIOUS color and I’m not gonna point them out.. but next time WEAR A HAIR NET! BC UR HANDLING FOOD.. we got a replacement sandwich , which is fine.. but now the impression of this place has changed my mind with the food

It doesn’t make sense to charge a 4% fee on takeout & dine-in orders paid by card on the total bill while offering a 10% discount and no card fee for online orders.

Went to meet and old friend for lunch. Ended up here based on his recommendation. Claimed it was one of the best Strombolis he’s ever had. I order one with extra marinara on the side. I must admit it was REALLY good. Some of the best I’ve had in DFW. Perfectly cooked and the sauce was great as well. I’ll definitely be going back to try other menu items in the very near future.

I ordered food and notified food was ready in 24 minutes. After arriving, I was notified to come back in 10 and maybe food would be ready but they were unable to give ETA. It took total of 1 hour and 33 minutes for 2 salads, calzone and shrimp scampi. People who ordered dine in after I arrived received their food first. The manager refused to speak to me because he was too busy and unable to give refund. He was unconcerned and didn’t care. The food is usually good but wasn’t that good today. I paid $22 for shrimp scampi and received 4 shrimp in a bed of pasta. They cut corners on customer service and food today. Disappointing
