The employees could do better when it comes to making Pizza I’m so upset of the taste of mr Jim’s pizza and mr Jim’s pizza is straight up Garbage I will never buy no pizza from this place ever again and Pizza Hut and domino’s pizza is way better than this nasty pizza from mr Jim’s.

I hope there was a zero star option, the overall experience was horrible. I had ordered the pizza about 15 minutes before arriving there. I had went in and they were barely preparing the pizzas. I had to wait in my car about 30 mins and another 30 mins inside. Inside the store there was no seats only tables, and I’m pretty sure there was only ONE worker, I feel bad for him y’all should really hire more people because the wait times are insane. When I got the pizza it was REALLY greasy.

Normally we go to Mr Jim’s and the younger guy makes our pizza right. Now today when the older guy made it, I think he’s the owner it was dry and burnt. We spend $40 every time we order here when we could easily go to Domino's. This is what happens when the money becomes more than keeping the customer!!
**By the way we only get cheese pizzas so he’s saving money on not having to use meat!!

They will disclose your name & last 4 digits of your card to basically anyone! I was harassed for 4 days bc they "thought" my pymnt didn't go through at pickup. Although it showed approved on my end with a pending charge on my bank acct. The owner/mgr even went as far as saying he could go get the payment from my house!! No one wants a stranger going by especially over $36! After being called and texted numerous, I mean numerous times; on Day 4 they sent me their store charges with the name & last 4 digits of the cc of all purchases made that day! Look up what someone can do with that info. This is concerning! I called Mr Jim directly and his concern was zero! He knew what was going on and was the one to provide the card details to be sent to me. It's unheard of for a restaurant to decide to call, text and leave v/msgs over something like this. Take the loss next time Mr Jim's! FYI! My order was paid! I even told the Mgr this on day 3 but he didn't bother to listen.

We order pickup. Said 15-20 minutes. It's been about 30 minutes. We are still waiting. Only one person working. The man working definitely had a attitude. I can imagine what it's like working late on a Sunday during nfl playoffs. But attitude was unnecessary. Again he might have been dealing with rude people because the neighborhood it is in. Hoping food taste better than the service.

Placed a to go order for the first time! I’ve always stuck with the fast food pizza chains but NO MORE! I loved how the dough was fluffy and there was an even amount of cheese and marinara underneath. Also, it was not greasy like other pizzas! I normally pat the extra grease and I didn’t have to on this one! I dipped it in the garlic sauce. Ordered wings and had a good experience too!! Even the ranch was so creamy and flavorful. 10/10 will definitely be ordering again :)
