Visiting this location is always a delightful experience. Alicia, the drive-thru attendant, is consistently kind and attentive. Their cookies are delicious, and the chicken noodle soup in the bread bowl is my absolute favorite. I’ll definitely be returning!

i’m not sure if this is new because i remember the staff bringing the food to your table in you’re dining in but they do not do that anymore. they call your name out of the window and if you don’t hear it you’re SOL and your food will be cold. i’m not sure who management is but i would love to have thag system back. it’s very crowded by the drink area full of people waiting for their food and it’s very chaotic.

I finally had the Pleasure of eating here😊 The cashier or shall I call him one of the most Enthusiastic Greeters I hv meet, his name was Johnny! He had the biggest smile 😁 He took his time w/us & answered all of our questions👌🏽The food was fresh and delicious 😋 (next time I'll hv pics) We dug rt into our food & I don't like posting hv eaten food😌

If you order from here and it's to go make sure you look to make sure all your items are in there. I have ordered 2xs from this location and both times they forgot my sandwich luckily I caught it on the 2nd time before taking off.

We visited Panera, Cedar Hill, TX today for the first time to have breakfast, 10AM. The two stars are only, b/c Jame was a kind person. We have a few concerns that possibly can be improved.
1. The tile floor was sticky throughout a large area
2. The carpet area facing the parking lot pleasant run had a bad odor that races hygiene issues
3. The sandwiches were unprofessional garnished, all of them looked like everything has just been thrown on it, they were cold and soaked.
4. The cappuccino looked like diluted milk and tasted like it, hardly any milk foam. We had concerns that who ever made the beverages, had no idea how cappuccino is supposed to be made.
Bottom line, we have been extremly disappointed about the the food that is served. The price-performance ratio is absolutely off. We would love to see improvement of professional food management that are knowledgeable to serve delicious food and beverages, and to eliminate the hygiene problems. Please understand our comments as positive criticism to improve your business.
