Panera Bread

Went this morning to grab breakfast in the drive through, and Johnny was so cheerful and positive. Customer service was 10/10!
The food was god and fresh. Will continue to be a Panera customer!

Went for lunch. It was busy, but they kept the lines down. Serving sizes were perfect. Gave food four stars only for personal preferences. My Cobb salad was good, but comes with sprinkles of feta cheese, not my favorite. I’ll know better next time.

I didn't stay. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie. I was disappointed it was way too hard. I should have gotten the kitchen sink cookie after all.

Nice atmosphere. The staff could stand to pay a little more attention to the customers when they enter.

Don’t get me wrong the food is good, I went earlier today, everything was good except the cheese soup it smelled off like something wasn’t good, then later we got food poisoning, I would not recommend getting the cheese soup caution!!

Terrible service

Ordered two grilled chicken and avocado sandwiches to go. Got home to find no pickle included (Comes with sandwich per their menu) and the amount of avocado in each sandwich could fit into a teaspoon. Very small amount of bacon too. Chicken was small pieces of what looked like lunch meat and kept falling out of sandwiches.

When we ordered, we Were told to get our own ice and bring back to cashier for pomegranate hibiscus tea. Restaurant was uncomfortably cold

Not the Panera I remember. The bread was delicious though. Next time will buy the bread and make my own sandwiches

Tho place doesn’t deserve any starts at all. Not good customer service! Drive through takes at least 30 min even if you are the first one in line. They have absolutely no shame. DO NOT GO TO PANERA IN CEDAR HILL.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich with meat. Halfway through, I realized that it didn't contain the sausage patty. Finally got it. Had to ask was it ready and went to pickup windows, but it was at the order counter. The server nonchalantly handed it to me while I was looking for it. The drink counter was dirty and sticky. We arrived just as they opened, but it appears they weren't ready to receive customers
