Used to come here a lot but after they had rowdy teen ages running the place I stopped. Well today I tried again and as I drove up to drive thru speaker no one said anything I thought it was closed so I drove up then reversed when I seen they close at 10pm. No one was in drive thru line and no one in the lobby but after saying "hello are yall open" 4 TIMES I get a response to give them a minute so I did. Then I ask what's going on are yall open or not I get a response we are short staffed. After a moment of silence I drove off and said I'll just call Corp and I get a response "there is only 3 of us here" which is laughable I worked at Taco Bueno in the same town for years which is wayy busier and there was nights there was 2 people running the line drive thru and dine closing by with only 2 people on shift so that ain't no excuse how about you take the customers order instead of trying to pre close early and not make any orders the last hour of the day.

Went to the cedar hill location. Coffee was not fresh, tasted like it had been sitting there from the morning. Sandwich was skimpy, i got the turkey avocado melt. Did not have much meat or avocado spread. Even though this was a half sandwich, I felt like I was eating a grilled cheese sandwich. Hand sanitizer on the wall by the bathroom has not been working for at least nine months I was told by another Patron. Definitely need improvement. Hope they bring about a positive change.

The food and service I received at the Panera Bread in Cedar Hill, Texas was awful. The sandwich that I ordered was made sloppy and the pickle spears that I ordered were not packaged separately but just wrapped with the sandwich. Due to that, the wrapping of my sandwich was soaking wet. Additionally, bread that I didn’t order was just tossed in my bag unwrapped, weird. After spending $31 at this restaurant and two attempts to get my order right, I just gave up. It was a waste of money and time. The staff seemed clueless as to what was wrong and after I advised them, they still appeared unconcerned and made excuses.

I ordered the buffalo chicken on the baguette all I tasted was bread and cheese hardly any chicken on it at all now I went to a Panera Bread over there by the Children's Hospital in Dallas and they were awesome I actually tasted the meat on it this one had way too much sauce so sour I'm just so disappointed $15 for a sandwich and all I taste is sauce and bread thanks a lot Panera

Man, pictures don't lie. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Welp, as you can see from the picture off there own website, I was hopeful to get that, but nah. I got a smashed up, burnt, squished, cheese monstrosity. I couldn't even pry apart the two pieces of bread! Had to drive all the way back up there to get my money back. I won't be back to this location ever again. It has gone downhill big time.

They’re not very friendly as this location, I don’t come often but the experience is always the exact same. They take F O R E V E R including in the drive thru and when picking up an online order. They also tend to make you order at the window sometimes which is insane and explains why it takes so long and I hate that you’re basically trapped in once you get in the line: they’ve got to do something about this. The food is okay

Ordered a rapid pickup. Been in the drive thru 20 minutes now. They didn’t have anything I ordered off the app. The guy Johnny at the window had poor customer service. Waited on a refund even longer. The manager who came to the window was not helpful at all. Worst experience I had so far. Never ordering here again.

Someone needs to speak with Katelynn at the front counter about her tone & attitude. My daughter & I came in around 2pm on 1/28/24 & received so much attitude when I asked about the chicken Flatbread. I jokingly asked why it was no longer & Katelynn advise she just worked there & rush me through my order. Please note that there was one other person behind me so why was I rushed???

This is the only Panera in my area so I guess that is why I continuously go back but this may be my last time. EVERY time I have gone in the past few months they take FOREVER to have my food ready even when I order online to save some time. There were 2 times where I waited in the drive thru for an hour (not even kidding and I couldn't leave since it's one of those lanes with barriers. I was internally livid by the time I got to the window but was not rude. I at least expected an apology or explanation for the wait but nothing. I then asked and they did not give me a reason. Then I had to drive back because they got my order wrong. Do you know how frustrating that is? My last straw was placing my order online today, got there after the estimated order ready time, since I know they take long. The lady at the counter assured that my name would come up on the screen when it was ready. I still had to wait an hour. I would poke around the pick-up shelf and nothing. Finally, the same worker asked for my name and lo and behold, my order was sitting on the back counter the whole time, they just forgot to place it on the shelf. I now knew I had cold food but being that frustrated and not wanting to wait any longer, I sucked it up and took my food. Again leaving with no apology. Then, the cherry on top, I arrive at home and my order is wrong. This is completely unacceptable. I am very empathetic and patient when it comes to service workers but at this point this establishment just comes off as incompetent and in serious need of new management or thorough retraining!!
