This pizza was terrible and the wings were too! I love Papa John’s pizza but this location is horrible! Will not be ordering from here again!

Called to place order. Order taker was very unfriendly and unhelpful when I tried to determine specifically where in plaza restaurant was located. I asked for any notable nearby landmark, and he couldn't (or wouldn't) say. Told me to use Google maps, which was not showing clearly where in an unfamiliar area they were located. I took my business elsewhere.
The order was made too early and when I called and told them I wasn't ready to pick it up they said they would remake it so it would be fresh when I picked it up. This was not the case. The food was cold when I picked it up

The lady walked straight from the bathroom to the line without washing her hands still touching her phone the guy with yellow nail polish had cuts all over his fingers and no gloves

Spoke with the store manager Ashlie yesterday. I have nothing but good things to say about her, I rarely encounter professional employees in the food industry. Ashlie did not only answer all of my questions but she also helped me get the BEST price possible for my party of 60. Thank you so much Ashlie, you are a true GEM and I think any company would be lucky to have you, always have that positive attitude and you will go a long way ?

I placed my order at the wrong papa John's, and they didn't put enough meat on the all meat pizza. I like the Cockrell Hill

Cancelled my order immediately after I placed it so they could close early. Will not be ordering from somewhere so unreliable again.Wish I had read the reviews since apparently they do this often. Woman on the phone was very nice, but what horrible management.
