I ordered online for delivery a couple of days ago and they got my order wrong. They had told me to ask next time that I order and they will accommodate for the mistake they made last time. So I ordered again and tried to reach the person I who I spoke with and a different person was on the line. I asked her politely if I could speak with the person I spoke with last time and she forcefully demanded that I know she is the one in charge and that if I ever called again or ordered there again she would have me blocked. The voice mail she left was very hateful and I feel very hurt that she would use that tone with me. I hope that papa Johns gets a new manager and she needs to get her act together because that kind of mistreatment is unacceptable. I feel like she violated me in a way because now I feel very uncomfortable and now I don’t want to order pizza anymore one of my favorite foods is now ruined because of this unjustified experience.

I stopped by to order a pizza so when I walked in on the kitchen was a table and three workers were sitting there on their phone and then two worker was standing at the board and one was tossing the dough around and then she put it on the board and then picked up her phone to play on it and when I noticed that I told the lady at the register that that's not acceptable she should not nor any of the employees should be on their phones back on a kitchen I feel like corporate needs to address that specific location and maybe all to see what's really going on inside the franchise that is so gross to know how many germs a phone holds

I ordered the food. I went in to pick it up, and the manager said the order was canceled. We were sooooo hungry. We missed ordering from somewhere else. The staff was very apologetic.
