It's more of a take out joint, but you can enjoy your order at one of their picnic tables.So, next time you want a little radiation (Cedar Hill is Radio Tower Central), try Phat Girlz. It's abundantly awesome.

Best Texas BBQ I’ve had thus far! Moved to the Cedar Hill area recently & have had atleast 4 BBQ spots since…none of them compare to the 5th PHAT GIRLZ BBQ! Big portions and Big Flavor! Ordered a cookie pudding and she was so kind as to make one one for me right then and there!

The food is amazing here. I bought all the lunch specials plus I hit the sweets up too. I will be back. Ribs falling gently off the bone, smoke all through it and it is worth it. This is not a sit down or order ahead unless you are using DoorDash, but you can walk up to the window and place your order. I ate about an hour ago and the smoke is still in my MOUTH! OMG good!!! The sides, are also outstanding. I will be back over and over again! I won't tell you too much, you have to try for yourself!!!

Just moved to cedar hill and I needed a bbq place close to me, so I saw this place on tic tok so I went and it was good. The Mac was creamy and the beans were good as well. Ribs were seasoned well and I don’t have no complaints I wish I would have ordered more lol, but I would definitely tell all my people to visit.

I tried Phat Girlz BBQ for the first time. Wow, the portions are huge! I appreciate the quality of the sides but the actual bbq chicken and brisket I selected is not my favorite compared to other places. This is definitely a great value spot.
This was the BEST bbq. The baked potato with two meats was delicious!The ribs and brisket was so tender. The potato was huge. UberEats did a great job delivering.

Regardless of how someone decides to make their money is their decision and you, as a black business, attempting to tear me down for that is crazy. I politely called to see if the order was ready because my windows were up. What i am not going to do is center myself on your bad day and bad habits. You are playing the victim.This establishment IS overrated. That is my opinion and the customer service does not convince me otherwise. The fact that you took time to reply to this lets me know how petty you are and that i am not missing out.Take care and God bless!! Truly hope your business improves! Rooting for you!

Had a 2 meat plate spent 17 dollars and it came in the same size Styrofoam container that a hamburger would come in, ordered unsweetened tea nope didn't have ,ok water nope none of that either I definitely will not be back. SUCKED.

As a black person, we do too much. I went in for a 2 meat plate and asked for chicken for both meats…I was told it would be an extra $6 for double meat? Now Wth? I was told I can get chicken and brisket for no extra charge but to get chicken as both meats on a TWO MEAT plate is an extra $6!!! Somebody make it make sense lol.
