PHO #One & Sushi House

My fiancé and I visited here a month ago and we have not been able to stop thinking about it since. Every pho place we’ve gone to since then has been so disappointing ever since visiting here. We will get in the car after and look at each other and agree it wasn’t as good as pho one. I wish we lived closer so we could visit as much as we wanted. The staff was also great. They were so kind.

Today I was served rank, spoiled tuna. I ordered a spicy tuna roll that was served with hard and crunchy rice and foul tasting tuna. I immediately spit it out. I expressed my concern and the waiter walked away and he and the sushi guy proceeded to speak loudly about the tuna as if I was crazy or something. Didn’t offer to make a new roll or comp the cost. I simply said ok, paid and left. This will not be the last they hear of me. I will never again spend my money here.

Disputed the cost of the rank roll with my bank and won. Please don’t come into our communities treating us like we don’t matter, or like we are slow or dumb. WE pay your bills, not the other way around.

Food was wonderful. The people there were really nice. It was hard to understand them, but they were on task for everything. The place was well. Kept food came out quick.

Service was absolutely phenomenal. Food was even more amazing. Normally when I get pho at any kind of place, I have to season it and all sorts of items before I like how it tastes. I got the meatball pho and the broth with no additives was delicious! After adding my usual items, it made it even better. We had the shrimp spring rolls, the poke bowl, and three different sashimi’s. All delicious.

The food here is pretty good, but the customer service is horrible. The owner is very rude and also the restroom is filthy. The restroom floor was covered in water. There is wet, dirty towels everywhere. It just made me wonder, if this is how dirty the restroom is how dirty is the kitchen?

I’ve given this place a try 3 times, I’ve had horrible customer service all three times. The owners are extremely rude and disrespectful. The pho is good which is why I decided to give it a second and third time after the bad experiences I tried to brush it off as they were having a bad day but this third time I went I simply cannot come back. I ate here with a friend and ordered a soup to go , when we were done we go to pay and she rings up one of our orders as a large I simply correct her because this wasn’t the first time she charged me incorrectly. She then proceeded the raise her voice and called her husband and proceeded to talk very loud and aggressive in their language in our faces and proceeded to tell us to never come to her restaurant again because i simply corrected her on how much she was charging us she insisted that to go orders can only be large which I said that was fine but there wasn’t no need to be rude AT ALL.

SPOILED VEGETABLES AND RUDE SERVICE!!!!!!
I have come here multiple times and every time has been either okay or disgusting. What keeps me coming back? It's the only pho restaurant in this area. I sometimes order the shrimp spring rolls and 9 times out of 10, the lettuce tastes sour. I ordered them again today, just to give them another chance, and the lettuce was so sour I nearly spat it out. At the end of my meal, I asked if the spring rolls could be taken off my check because I didn't eat them due to the lettuce being spoiled. The lady at the front quickly responded telling me that they don't return food and showed me where on the menu it says "Food no return". However, I was not trying to return the food back to the kitchen because I didn't like it, I was trying to refund it because the vegetables were sour. I told the woman this three separate times and most of her responses were "Mhm, mhm" and repetitively telling me that food cannot be *returned*, which again, I was not trying to do. May I also add, something is off with their boba and drinks. I do not know what, but something is off. I have tried to give this disappointment of a restaurant multiple chances, but I see I had to learn the hard way. This will be my LAST time here. Just horrible.
