We picked up pizzas and African American lady was super rude and threw pizzas. We are paying for the food, it’s not free. If you don’t like your job find a new one, but don’t take it out on customers, I paid $64 for pizzas to have them thrown at us. Customer service definitely sucks.

I hate I had to come back and update this review. I do not now if new ownership or management has taken over but the service at this location has diminished to the point I will not return. It is obvious on my last order that they threw toppings on an old pizza and reran it through the oven. The toppings were undercooked and falling off the pizza but the cheese was burnt. On top of that they force you take store credit if you want a refund. Store credit that you can only use at this location.

The Pizza Hut in Cedar Hill off Beltline is 100% better then the one is DeSoto which I leave 3 minutes from but I will continue to go out of my way to drive to Cedar Hill location because the people are nicer and always ask question and ask for you to check the pizza and the store is cleaner and pizza is better.

Ordered a delivery of wings. When eating the wings, my husband started spitting out clumps of hair. When we reached out to the manager, he requested us to bring the hair and food back. We ordered delivery and paid the fee for a reason. We have a three month old baby that we are not putting back in the car just to return the food. We were not calling looking for anything but to make them aware, but he acted like he didn’t believe us. When asking why he wanted the hair back he said so it could be tested in a lab to see if it was them or if it was the company who makes the food. All we wanted was some acknowledgment and he was rude. It shouldn’t be on us to have to bring the food back because they are not clean! They should be checking there food and wearing proper protection.See photo!

How does this store not have one star? It’s been terrible for years, but the extremely rude staff that is currently working there makes it unbearable. Every time I think this place has changed and returned after months of not using them, only to find a whole new roster of horrible people who hate life and want to take it out on their customers.I think I’ll go back to not ordering from them at all.And Josh, you’ve never amounted to much in life, and you’re clearly very bitter about that. Sucks to suck, I guess.

The manager very rude unprofessional you order one thing and get something else then they want to argue with you about your money. I told them i was going to report this to cooperate both mangers told me so that’s fine i don’t care who you report to. They will never get my money again. I paid for something i didn’t even order.
