Pizza Patrón Cedar Hill

We attempted to place orders for pizza! The young lady who were taking the Call-in orders placed us on hold for 15 minutes. We had to call back three times to complete place in our order. After calling back the third time she apologize that they were extremely busy so I told her just cancel the order altogether. Sadly, we never got a chance to even try this pizza for the first time! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE JUST TO PLACE A CALL IN ORDER!!

Not please with Supreme Pizza. I order the classic crust. . If I do order again I’ll try thin crust. I’m guessing it was too many toppings and the dough was very soggy and not cooked well.

We have been here three times, and love it!
The lime-pepper wings were delicious, along with the bbq chicken pizza.
My kids love the cheese pizza, we have dined in, and taken out, the customer service is always great, and the area is always clean!
It's a new fav!
I enjoy getting the combo option for dine in
and a large pizza for carry out.

Kid-friendliness: plenty of seating indoor, and the patio area is nice for them to have extra room to move around.

I really like pizza but 2 talking and another on the tablet and me waiting to be served and 20 minutes waiting for a pizza ? there are 5 workers and I don't know but it's to serve quickly so they can start talking

Against my better judgment, I can back. Only because my dad likes this place. I was told 25-30 minutes. When I arrived they said it will be another 15 minutes. Pizza is just sitting in warmer getting soggy while the wings are getting made. This place is a total mess. I will be making the drive to duncanville.

The manager gave me the wrong order. Was not driving back.

<review for the branch in Cedar Hill>The website gave me an "Order ready time" of 9:06 pm. It's 9:37 pm and I haven't received my order [2 large pizzas and 8 wings]. There's 3 people working and no other customers but one lady that came to pick up a pizza after I arrived, and a dude that waited for about 10 min for 2 Pepperoni pizzas ?. I still like pizza patron but I don't think I'm coming back to this branch.

Ms. LaShannon provided a create customer service experience! This was my first time coming here. They have many different pizza options. I tried the Diablo, the taste is a little different from what I’m used to but for anyone who loves pizza definitely try this place out!

Got a personal Diablo Pepperoni. No exaggeration this was the best personal pizza I have ever had. Sauce was tangy with decent spice and Jalapenos gave it a nice freshness. Crust was slightly crispy and cooked perfect. Can't wait to try a full size and other flavors. Why is this place not more hyped?!?!?!?
