This location is drive thru only. I notice that the drive thru was very delayed. Usually restaurants drive thru are taking one orders after another but this was not the case. This was my first cue. When I finally placed my order and pulled up to the window at the last second I decided to use a gift card and not my bank card. That decision was a God driven one. This by far the worst experience I have ever had. The manager was horrible she yelled at me and the workers. She was overwhelmed with her job. She is NOT management status at all. I only pray that this is sent to the right person. No need to contact me I will never go in there again. I am so confused about a bad experience at a chicken shack.
Better than KFC is all I can say 🤷🏾♀️
