Food is always steady it's not the best in the world but it's the best you're going to get in Dallas compared to Louisiana. There's stuff shrimp over rice with a garlic bread and green beans is the bomb also get you some boudin balls and of course the Best for last bread pudding with rum sauce

I have been to Razzoo's in North Dallas Louisville Arlington and several locations and apparently they serve the food different here when I ordered the stuffed chicken and I got one breast with stuffing instead of two breasts with stuffing between and my dates sausage was hard and over cooked

While our two waitresses were excellent, the manager, Chris, completely ruined my son’s birthday celebration. We confirmed days in advance that our party of 20 would be accommodated, only to be told at the last minute he would only allow 12 because “we’d fill up the place.” When we arrived, he forced the larger group of 12 into the back room by the restroom—even though the room and much of the restaurant had plenty of empty tables and booths. The rest of us were split off and stuck at a hot, sunlit table far away, despite several open tables right beside our family.
Chris was dismissive, rude, and even was hesitant to shake my second son’s hand when he tried to thank him after we were finally moved. Chris’ behavior was unprofessional and insulting, and it made us feel like our presence wasn’t wanted. We bring good business to restaurants when celebrating birthdays, but we will never return to Razzoo’s as long as Chris is manager.

The waitress was outstanding! However, the food was poor. The American Catfish Platter had luke warn fries, the fish didn't seem to have any seasoning... definitely not Cajun! The beans in the redbean & rice were more like refried beans. My wife's blacken catfish was barely seasoned... definitely not blacken. We had a party of 16 but the manager wouldn't allow us to be seated together. 10 at one table & 6 at another table on the other side of the room.

Lonnie our waiter he did an outstanding job on serving and we enjoyed his company and conversation. I did enjoy the”punch bowl” I was not impressed on the changes in the catfish platter, it’s no longer serve fillet fish or corn on the cob as a platter it’s an extra cost, they’re serving catfish strips. Leave the strips to chicken please. I was deeply disappointed, I was wanting fillet fish. The quantity has went down and the prices have went up. Corporate Greed and Quantity Control.

We recently went to Razzoo’s for a special family celebration with a party of 20. When we arrived, we were told no one could be seated until the entire party was present—which felt overbearing considering how difficult it is to get 20 people through the door at once. At that point, 90% of our group was there, and we asked if some could at least be seated.
Chris, the manager on duty (Saturday, Aug 23rd), did allow seating but placed us in the very back near the restrooms. When we noticed open tables nearby that would have allowed us to sit closer together, Chris instead insisted on splitting our party all the way across the room in direct sunlight. When we politely asked if we could move to the available tables to stay together, Chris refused and simply said, “This is it.”
What was supposed to be a joyful family gathering quickly turned into a disappointing experience. Instead of helping us celebrate, the management’s inflexibility and poor judgment disrupted the occasion. Thank you, Chris—you managed to ruin what should have been a memorable family moment.

I went to this razoos and the bartender was very rude. She was the light skin lady that work at the bar. When I sat down she never said anything to me. It took her 9 mins to come to me. There was only 2 other people sitting at the bar with me. After she took my order she forgot my cold slaw. She act like she was upset because I said something about it. Her attitude was just horrible the whole time I was there.
The food was an absolute 0, I ordered some wings and they were extra old and stale. It crime to serve kind of chicken, I wouldn’t feed that to my dog. It took forever to get seated and the folks working there act like they seat customers in an orderly fashion. This place needs a lot of help or it’ll be shut down soon.

I ordered a dozen grilled oysters. I waited about 20 minutes for my order and it definitely wasn't worth. To be fair, the oysters were pretty good. But, they were so small it was absolutely ridiculous. It was like they placed baby oysters in huge shells and covered them with toppings. A complete ripoff for the price.

Being from NOLA, I like trying Cajun restaurants when I'm out of town and this one delivered. Got the Crawfish Etouffee and it was freaking delicious.

Food was good but the service was terrible. Waitress was seemed uninterested and rude. She got both of orders wrong even though we repeated orders to her. I ordered a pecan pie to go but she didn’t put in the order. Terrible service.
