Ordered food online to be picked up by door dash. I received the blackened catfish and it was not fully cooked. I also ordered a bread pudding and didn’t receive it. I was given a side of green beans instead. It was a dinner I had planned for my husband, Razzoos is one of our favorite restaurants and we were so disappointed with our dinner.

Razzoo's food quality is going down the drain. In this economy, it is frustrating to pay $91.00 for an appetizer, 2 drinks and two entrees for substandard food. Service and atmosphere were good, but I'd love for the food to have been good.

I was having a really bad day yesterday. And one of my favorite things from here is the Cajun fondue. It’s so good. I was doing a little shop therapy. And wanted to treat myself. I called for a pickup order and we hung up about 3:40. They told me 10-15 minutes. Like perfect yes ma’am, loves it. I went inside to pick up my order after 15ish minutes, and waited I guess about an extra 30ish inside for this order. So many people came and went and finally I asked about it and they brought me a receipt and then said “ it will be ready in 15-20. I was so upset. I said I’m good and left. I had a bad day, I was hungry, and all I wanted was that fondue. It really sucked. Obviously communication was the problem or multitasking, and I don’t want to be mad but I don’t live close and I crave that fondue dip. The food is good, the service is usually good. This was my only bad experience.
