Usually love this place however, they will not seat parties more than 8. The front hostess was rude and kept telling us that it was corporate policy. However, they had this sign at the front! 😂

I rarely leave bad reviews but after tonight it’s a must. After a very long day of working I decided to once again try this place. After sitting at the bar for 15 minutes I finally asked the server can I order food since I wasn’t greeted. With a dry attitude she took my order I actually wanted to leave but I was very hungry. Once my food came she didnt offer any utensils no napkins no “How’s your food” nothing! I had to ask for utensils. I was so thirsty but scared to ask for water since it seemed like I was bothering her. I soon decided to take my food to go and eat in my car. I love to tip and after a long day I wanted to be generous to who ever waited on me, sadly the black lady was so rude to me I gave the tip to the lady who checked me out and was kind to me. It cost zero to be kind especially when it’s your job.

Me and my best friend came into the restaurant last weeek, on a weekday, and sat at the bar. We sat there for 15 minutes absolutley ignored by the bar staff. Not a hello, not a water, not a look in our direction even when one of the staff members came right in front of us to get glasses for other bar patrons. We fully intended to get some drinks and food but after we realized what was happening we just got up and left. The bar was not busy and we are understanding patrons, but not being aknowledged at a restaurant bar top, was a unsatisfactory experience.

Jaz’Lynn was my server and she tended to me very well. I ate alone and she made sure I felt taken care of and made my sodas feel bottomless haha. Solid food, great service. Very happy people.

The service was great. Chris and Jazlynn were great servers. I loved Chris's enthusiasm, and I appreciated Jazlynn's attentiveness.

I had the Cajun Shrimp Fondue for my meal. It definitely did not taste as good as I remember. I left a bowl of shrimp behind. Nonetheless, the overall experience was good.

In spite of what others said, I tried this Razzoo's. Well, I have to agree with what I was told, go to the Arlington location. We ordered a margarita on the rocks. It came without anything on the rim and tasted like lemon juice and water. I sent it back to be remade. I ordered shrimp etouffee to go, and when it was brought to me in a bag, there was only garlic bread. I had to request my meal. When I got in my car, I checked the bowl that was given and it wasn't what I ordered. I took it back in to get the correct order. After waiting, the manager brought me the correct food and charged me the difference. After all the issues with my meal, she charged me. Where was the customer service or customer care? I told her she should have taken it from the tip I left. I will go to Razzoo's in Arlington in the future. Horrible service.

Ask for Tre if you’re visiting this location! He gave us service and was both kind and accommodating. I made him aware of my shellfish allergy and he quickly teamed up with the chef and manager to make sure my food was not contaminated.
