This is one of our families' favorite restaurant and they take care of me and my family pretty well. My friend took me there for my birthday for lunch and we had our usual waitress and I'm upset I cannot remember her name , but she's a sweetheart and totally accommodating . I will definitely go back per usual. I did not take pics at this visit I unfortunately.

On January 25, I arrived at 4 PM asked for a table for 15. She then said it would be 1 hour wait. I stated OK because all of my party was not there yet. At about 4:50pm The waiter upfront asked for me to follow her so she could show me if I was willing to sit my party at a certain location & adding a table with 4 chairs. I then stated that was fine. We would still be close enough. They were just waiting on the party that was sitting at the table to clear. At about 5 PM the party that was at the table cleared. About 5:10pm one of my parties approached the waiter & asked when will we be seated since the other party had cleared? The waiter then told her that the manager has just told her not to sit anymore people down because they are behind on orders. Manager never came to speak to me or any of my party to let us know. Never apologized about anything didnt even acknowledge me. By this time, my whole party was frustrated and tired of waiting. We then proceeded to call another restaurant to see if they had a table for 15. While doing this still haven’t heard from the manager or anyone else to confirm what was going on. We then proceeded to leave to another restaurant. Hope no one else gets treated like this. ‼️BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️

Got the Lava Queso Burger and it was cold and disgusting. The cheese was stuck to the ring and wouldn't release. That was the first sign the burger wasn't going to be good. Our server Melissa was great but the cold cheese ruined my burger. Im not a fan of sending food back I just ate around it and enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and my son's company since this is where he wanted to eat
