This was my first time going and I was not disappointed. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was friendly and exceptional. If you are looking for good burgers and bottomless steak fries this is the place to be.

Went to eat with some of my sisters and we were pressed for time. It took a while before someone acknowledged us being there. By once the waiter showed up here was on it from jump. We made him aware of the time frame that we needed to be out due to previous obligations. He let us know that if we were to sit and eat we would not get out in the time needed. He suggested that we made our orders to go and he would do his best to have us leaving around that time. This man understood the assignment and we were leaving it no more than 5 minutes past the time we were supposed to be heading out. He was amazing and I wish I knew his name so he could be recognized of his amazing service. Not only did he accomplish the assignment but kept us updated on the process of our meals being prepared. I would have to say that never have I ever been to a Red Robin's restaurant and was disappointed in the service. This is one of the reasons why this is my favorite burger place to dine in.

The burgers here were amazing... Waitstaff was a little behind on everything. We waited for someone to come to the table we were sat at all of 20mins until we asked someone who was our server.. that's the only reason for the two.

Always enjoy the bonsai Burger. Can't ever get it anywhere else. I always ask for an extra slice of pineapple. No mayo no tomato no lettuce. Sitting right under a speaker and was very loud.

First time eating at this place, we had tried on past occasions and unfortunately we couldn’t make it or something different. But we finally ate here, I can honestly say we have now found a burger place that tastes really good. In my opinion and my feedback the food quality was excellent, they have various choices not only burgers. And even though front person miscommunicated our phone number for the wait time since there was a delay in sitting on a Friday night, they apologized and we all moved on very kindly and seated right away. Now our waiter AJ he definitely made this experience the best! From courtesy to recommendations, he definitely delivers customer service that not many places have anymore. So that’s why I gave this place a 5 stars. We will be back and I would recommend people to stop by and check it out.

This is a mixed review. The food was good and the service was good. But the value just isn't there.

It shouldn't cost $50 for two burgers, 1 sweet potato fries upgrade, and two drinks, plus a normal tip for the server.

Good food. Good service. Too much $$$
