I used to live in Fort Worth every other week. They had amazing service and went above and beyond to please their customers. I moved here and the one in Cedar Hill could use some input from that one. I used to receive a to go cup of extra fries to munch on the way home, this one fir the second time no fries to go cup and couldn't redeem a coupon that their OWN company provided a few weeks ago. I give 3 stars because food was warm on the to go order but still the little things that count.

Clean Red Robin we had a new server named Amanda who did just amazing and made us feel like we were royal guests in her home. She was so sweet and great with my son I was surprised she told us she was new there! She did an amazing job we drove an hour away cause we love Red Robin and honestly I would load up all our cars and bring the whole family and make that drive again for her to be our waitress she was phenomenal! Will be coming on the next birthday and asking for her :) food came out quick and delicious!Kid-friendliness: Server was great with children while staff was very accommodating and friendly

Great hamburgers and fries. Our server was so nice and attentive. The place was packed and some seats weren't available when we arrived, but the hostess made us feel welcomed. When it was our turn he led us to our table. Clean place, only removed a star since the bathroom didn't have paper towels to dry hands.

I was celebrating my daughter's 14th birthday and our server was NOT good. We still tipped her more than she deserved, because I believe in providing a livable wage. She informed me they didn't do anything for birthdays anymore; I don't know how true that was or if she didn't feel like going that extra mile, which would've made my daughter feel special. The fries were too salty, my son could not eat them.Usually, Red Robin is perfect. We came on Thursday, Feb 15th at 730ish pm. Maybe it was timing, but I don't know that I will be back anytime soon.
