Have been a Landry member for over 10 years. Wanted to try this location as we have moved to the area. The problem started when three groups that arrived after we did got seated ahead of us. When we asked at the hostess station, were told they are Landry members. Since we checked in using the information on our account, this seemed strange. The manager happened to walk by and saw there was a problem. The hostess now told us that " now you are comming up as a Landry member and we should have been seated eariler"Long story made short. The waitstaff failed to make a table visit so after 15 minutes we got up and left.

Ordered an alcoholic drink that came as lemonade asked manager Jennifer to help and to no avail she didn't help and walked away laughing and smiling..what kind of management is this restaurant under..I love salt grass but this location was awful..manager was very unprofessional to walk away laughing..

The server, Camryn was wonderful! And the Assistant Manager or Twam Lead was helpful. I ordered the ribs and chicken and my food came out extremely dry. I waited for a substantial period of time for my food to be rade only to have the m give me the wrong side. I was then given a full check with no visit from the Genteral Manager who was in the building and passed out table several times to assist other guests. When we teied to ask why he hadnt stopped at our table he was immediately aggravated and begin to be very patronizing and walked off during the conversation never to return. He was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. The

Food was great if a bit pricy, but that's what to expect here. Our server seemed a bit absentminded, didn't understand what we meant when asking for the house dressing.Overall good place for a meal, service is usually better.

We went to Saltgrass to celebrate my recent wedding. The food here was amazing. The food came out surprisingly fast (almost too fast.) We were still trying to finish our salads and appetizers when our main entrees were brought out. The ribeye that my brother and I had was outstanding. My sister in law had the brisket burger and it was amazing! Highly recommend if you are not wanting steak or seafood. The only downside to our dinner was that our waitress did not keep up on refilling waters. Not only that but we were finished with our meal and waited a long time before receiving the check. She did not come to our table even though she was in the section. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its food and its atmosphere.

We decided to patronize this location Easter Sunday. We expected a crowd and a wait which was fine. After almost a hour wait we were taken to a table in a tight corner that was covered in food on the table and seats. It was chair to chair with the table directly behind it. We did not sit down as it was dirty and asked for the table to be cleaned. We stepped out the way and the server walked up frowning and never said a word to anyone. She begin wiping the table and I spoke with another server who asked what was wrong. I told her we understood the wait but I asked why bring us to a table that dirty. She walked us to another table and said she would take care of us. After being seated by her the female manager walked over not to apologize for miscommunication but to tell us we couldn’t sit there because it was reserved. We explained we were escorted there. She went in to say the person who sat us there is “only a waiter and can’t do that”. We were taken back up front to wait. Shortly after we were given another table. The appetizer was thrown on the table to were a few pickles landed on the table. We were positioned so close to the table behind us that the server reached over my head to give plates the entire time. More than one plate came out incorrect not to mention dressing was dropped by a server and I was left with dressing from the side of my thigh down past my knee. There were a lot of apologies at that point but the service just didn’t improve. The waiter for some reason thought calling everyone mama was cool but was definitely irritating. The effort the 2nd manager made didn’t change the experience for me. Lots of apologies but no changed behavior doing our visit. I’ve been there several times whether I ordered takeout or dined in. There have been a few not so good experiences but never to the level of poor service I received yesterday. The remainder of my day was canceled because I was drenched in salad dressing.
