It is 8:40pm. Tuesday and it's already closed!I drove 30min to get some smoothy for my entire family. But it's close! I guess they don't care about the business . I'm not coming back!

I have visited the Smoothie Factory, Cedar Hill several times. The hand written sign on the door clearly states opening times as 10am to 6pm. My associates and I have visited 17 times in the past 2 weeks at between 10:15 and 10:25 and between 5:30 and 5:50 and the place is always locked up. The afternoon shift employees look at you, wave or hide behind the counter when they see you and refuse to let you in and serve you. I represent a group of 80+ parents and 70+ elite student/athletes on a top Texas football program, I was going to suggest this business as one of our local suppliers but we will look elsewhere. This is a dreadful, unprofessional business, don't waste your time.

Arrived at this location at 8:27am and it wasn't open. Very disappointed, this location Has been going downhill for the last 6 to 8 months since they hired all this new staff. Now they don't even open on time. It's absolutely ridiculous!
I don't know if I got a veggie because it was purple. Shouldn't it be green?

This was one of our favorite locations (along with Southlake that closed) and recently we've been and they've been closed during normal business hours. We just stopped by again and they are closed at 4:00 pm on a Monday.

It seems like they close whenever they want. Tried to go a few times but they are always closed whenever I go. Business hours states they are open until 9pm on Saturdays.
