Absolutely great service, usually I don’t get much of a have a good day & thank you reply. Today I got a very nice have a good day & thank you. Very little goes a long way, I recommend this place to everyone. At first I really wasn’t a huge fan of smoothie king, my bf would like to come here once in a while. My second time trying the power punch smoothie & oh my goodness it’s delicious. Keep up the positivity & great work♥️

Every time I come here the service has been pleasant. I always order online because this place is pretty packed on certain days. With that being said, some of these 1 star reviews given by the customers sound like whining babies. ? Just make your own smoothie at home. This is a commercial business. Things happen and come up. Also if these people know that young people work here ( especially teens) then expect that the experience may not be that "perfect". Ugh I digress. Lol besides that, the young ladies there are sweet and do a good job with orders. I don't see how they do it.

The young lady and young man that work in the store never spoke to me and neither of them acknowledge me for about 10 mins. Then after the young man approached me to take my order he had his earbuds in and never spoke a word. Not hello, how may I help you, nothing. This isn't how the customer should be treated. Guess I will have to find another smoothie king. This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happen. I can't keep paying money to be treated with disrespect.

Smoothie king Cedarhill is my favorite location been going for years. The staff is friendly and courteous. Chelsea is very professional and always handling operations on point. Great Service! ??
Service is slow, this place constantly has a weird odor, the employees look depressed and it’s the only smoothie king that doesn’t have a drive thru . I’d rather drive out of the way to go to the one in Grand Prairie than deal with this place.
