Lately not sure what is going on but every time we order drinks for my team the drinks are not made right , when we call to complain been told no manager I can speak with and only thing we told ok will remake . It’s not about remake it’s about making orders right the first time . Slow down . And someone needs to take ownership. One time wrong I would have accepted it but this is forth time . It truly irritates .
Slow service, given a knife not a spoon to eat oatmeal with, and no sweetener as ordered. Dark, dank atmosphere. Not particularly warm or welcoming staff.

We were in the Cedar Hill area heading into Dallas for an appointment. It was time for some "morning munchies" and Starbucks was close by so we decided to stop in. Walking in the staff greeted us with a warm and sincere "Welcome to our Starbucks!" The behind the counter associates all looked up with smiles on their faces. What a great way to be greeted!My wife decided on a Cinnamon coffee cake and Caramel Crunch Frappe, just what the doctor ordered. I opted for the Bacon, egg and Gouda sandwich, cream cheese Danish, Caramel Macchiato...yummy!After a short wait, our name was called, and it was time to enjoy all our deliciousness. Everything was so good. As we left Starbucks to head to Dallas, our tummies were smiling with happiness.

The person that handled the drive-through could've did a whole lot better. They were very dry and customer service sucked and then when I pulled up to the window no greeting whatsoever and had me just waiting there without letting me know what's going on and then couldn't even actually give me the right food or drink and this is my first time ever having this problem at Starbucks
