I just ordered a sugar cookies coffee and I've ordered many of them but this tasted nothing like the usual sugar cookies. It tasted like water down coffee with no sweetener at all. Usually this place is on point but idk what happened this morning :( tasted like total ish.

Unfortunately this location has been the worst one I’ve ever been to. The staff was slow in acknowledging customers. They made my drink order wrong after taking their sweet time. They seemed to be more interested in gossiping than actually working. Very disappointed. ?

I used to think of Starbucks first when I needed somewhere comfortable and consistent to take a minute to use public WiFi, have a cup of coffee and have access to a restroom. This location is NOT the place to do so. 10:00 in the morning, so had ordered and sat down with my laptop to do some work before getting on with my day and they were BLARING Disney music. While I don’t generally mind Disney music, i know I don’t get to dictate what other people listen to, it was painfully loud and other patrons were obviously bothered too. I didn’t have the opportunity to speak to a worker about it, but just be aware this location had this issue. I would think it was a one off with an enthusiastic employee, but I ended up leaving because it was over an hour of very, very loud Disney mix.

I stood in line for 20 minutes prior to closing while there was no wait. Only to be told they could not make an iced coffee because they already cleaned the machines. Poor service by inexperienced staff.

My online order said ready at 11:47am I received my order at 12:05pm, I had to show the barista my order and he still made 4 drinks ahead of mines. I ended up late for work

11:32pm 12/19/23. About 5 girls were working over the counter, 3 of them were just talking & with their phones out. Only 1 was working. Obviously there was a long line. Eventually I got tired of waiting and left. Target slowly turning into Walmart.
