I usually go to the actual shops but today I had to stop at location inside target 1:23pm. Two ladies were talking one finally acknowledged that she’d be with me shortly (no other customers were ahead) but she was talking to the other employee about 15 more minutes. The other lady took my order charged $9 for a drink that’s usually $5 but okay I didn’t make a fuss… when I got my drink it looked nothing like what I usually got the girl stated I needed to mix it I did and nothing! Tasted horrible they seemed bothered especially when I said it’s not normally like that. I will not be stopping by this location again!

I came at 7:10 pm today 9/29/25 with my husband sent him to get us a coffee while I went to the isle to get the one thing I came in the store for he meets me like 2 mins later I asked were the coffee was he said the lady said it was closed I was like weird but ok so another 5 mins passes as I shop we go to the self check out and I look over and there is a couple in line ordering there order I tap husband and said thought they were closed he said yes that lady right there said they were same lady helping the couple in the line I said go over there and order see what she says again she took his order I believe at this point she had no choice cuz we just watched her help the couple in front of us but was very short about it and tbh rushed the hole park of making the drink while we waited for our one pumpkin spice latte I looked on line to see what time they closed at 8 pm thinking maybe they closed at 7 and then I would of left a bit more justified for her turning him away not for helping someone else tho at this point it is 7:23 pm there should be no reason for anyone to pick and choose who they want to help especially

I get off work a little later and they are never at the counter 30 minutes to close and there is suddenly no service. It’s disappointing that they want to get out that bad that they neglect what time they are actually supposed to be closed.

Not sure why it's just this Starbucks but anytime I order anything extra on a drink it just never happens. From caramel drizzle to crunch and fruit, even if it's doordash, it never has anything extra if I ask for it. It's just this location I've never had this problem anywhere else haha.

The service is usually friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Most locations are clean, with a relaxed vibe and decent background music. Some stores offer comfy seating and outlets for remote work or studying, which is a big plus.

I just ordered a sugar cookies coffee and I've ordered many of them but this tasted nothing like the usual sugar cookies. It tasted like water down coffee with no sweetener at all. Usually this place is on point but idk what happened this morning :( tasted like total ish.

Unfortunately this location has been the worst one I’ve ever been to. The staff was slow in acknowledging customers. They made my drink order wrong after taking their sweet time. They seemed to be more interested in gossiping than actually working. Very disappointed. ?
