Ordered ahead and got there a few minutes early. There was someone in front of me who also ordered ahead, along with I few people in line so I sat down and waited my turn; I could tell they were a little overwhelmed. The other customer who ordered ahead was being very rude the the staff about having to wait a couple extra minutes for his sandwich, it seems they got very busy because someone in line was ordering quite a few sandwiches at once. As I waited they finished they big order around the same the rude guy in front of me got his order. I still hadn’t told them my order, as to not overwhelm them, but before I knew it, the girl was asking my name and handing me my sandwich. All staff very very polite given the circumstances, and were very apologetic event though I only waited a few extra minutes. Sandwich was AMAZING, I could tell she really put effort into it.

Thank you to the two young men who went to work on Juneteenth and prepared my delicious dinner Subs! They both spoke when I entered the restaurant, were kind, well-mannered, and the sandwiches were awesome!!! 👏
Worst subway ever! The worker had a bad attitude and didn't want to fix my order. My original sandwich looked like someone punched the sandwich and it was falling apart soon as I picked it up. The bacon was undercooked with the bread smashed. She did not want to give me the refund the lady had very poor service and was just smacking her lips and had a very nasty attitude. I will never go back to this location ever it was THAT terrible!

I went to get food for my family after a late shift and had the good fortune to be serviced by Caleb D. I normally do not write a review, but this young man’s customer service was exceptional, in a time where good service is a lost art. I wanted to highlighted this young man because of his professionalism. He was respectful addressing me every time as “yes ma’am”, attentive to customers being served and those coming in, while training a new employee (showing every bit of patience & support to the trainee). His demeanor was appreciated and impressive, given his various roles/ responsibilities. He is definitely Supervisor material (when the opportunity arises) and deserves recognition for his great service- thank you Caleb! It was a pleasant way to end a very long day.

Don't usually do reviews but I messed up and ordered my online order at the wrong subway, called the franchise and told them about my situation and the manager Nick helped me by refrigerating my sub until I could come get it, very helpful and very understanding without any judgement

The two boys that work the late evening shift are the absolute sweetest. The past two times I have gone in, they have been there. They are on top of things and always give great customer service. I wish I knew their names, but they are working tonight. They made my entire day!
