The food here is always excellent! The service most of the time is perfect. However, occasionally you get a new person and they're usually young and you know how young people can be. But for the most part as I was saying this service is pretty on point. The atmosphere? It's cute! It's kind of homey, inviting, and you feel comfortable sitting in this establishment. I would highly recommend going to this place anytime of the week.

Restaurant is extremely slow and does not start To go orders until you arrive to pick it up causing a 30 to 45 minute wait. The waitresses and cooks kept telling me they were bagging the order to staul me and I ended up waiting about 45 minutes just to never get the order. SMH

This was my first time here BN Sushi & Grill and was very disappointed with the service and food. First of all I ordered a steak teriyaki bento box and sushi roll. To be transparent I had half of the sushi roll and had like 2 pieces of steak and few spoon of rice before I notice that my shrimp tempura had like a bug stuck on it! Yea that definitely ruin my appetite to continue. Next thing the waiter came over and told me he think it's a parcel that is stuck on it. Then he picked the tempura up and picked it apart. To say the least they offered me $10 off the bento box and at during this whole time not one of them had apologize for the issue! This be my first and last time coming here. Horrible experience!

The Pad Thai was awful the fried rice was bland. If the rating were for the service they would get a solid 3 1/2 staff is nice if distracted which made service slow. I was very disappointed in the taste and texture of the food. Rice was flavorless and overcooked. The Pad Thai was overcooked and over the top sweet. Will not be returning. I had high hopes...

I use to love this place, but after today's visit, I won't be returning. I'll start with the biggest issue first. Some lady walks in with a dog and goes behind the bar area and sits the dog on the counter where customers eat and drink and plays with them for a moment. Then she picks the dog up and sits the dog on the back counter by the alcohol and leaves him there. Proof in the pic I'm about to post. In addition to this, after serving 1 glass of tea they were out. We waited for more which never came and was offered water instead. Next, we get our food and its accidentally eaten by someone else becauee she didnt properly identify the sushi when it was brought out. Smh...then when my group gets the checks, she tries to hand all the books to us instead of reading off who's ticket is whos, talk about lazy. Won't be back.

We have been here many times in the past. Today was a real disappointment. Food was mediocre at best. Before it was always fresh and delicious. Not sure what happened but was a truly disappointing experience today. Salmon was cold and old in my Salmon Teriyaki. I had to remind the waitress twice about it. Should have just forgot about it like she did. Our sushi rolls were not uniform. They came out lumpy and like the filling was squeezed out when they were cut. Not prepared and presented with flair like in the past. Maybe they were having an off night. I'm not sure if we will try again after today.

Wow! Was in cedar hill and craving sushi. Grabbed the lunch trio sushi which is a great deal. All 3 rolls were delicious. Even the wasabi was good. Will be back!

Yea... I will never be back here. The fried rice and gyoza were very bland. After counting there were 6 very small, dime sized pieces of beef in the rice. There was more fat than beef and they just threw the meat on top, without being mixed throughout the rice. The gyoza were lacking in flavor. After paying over $30 for my poor meal, I had to pay additional .50 for soy sauce that was not even in the bag. Like come on!!! I could have went to Panda Express and paid less, had more flavor, and COMPLIMENTARY sauce. The price definitely did not match the quality of the food!!!
