I have been going to TGI Friday's for year. I love chicken wings cooked in the whiskey glaze. Rosa is a great bartender. The service is always friendly and fast. Good music plays over the sound system and always sports being played on the TV. I come almost every weekend and will continue to do so.

My experience at TGIFridays in Cedar Hill was possibly the worst I’ve ever had. I stood at the host stand for a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, despite being clearly visible. When I inquired about seating in the bar area, I was told it was open seating, but multiple staff members passed by without a word. In the end, I had to resort to ordering online because no one bothered to take my order. Given the circumstances, I would have gone elsewhere, but after a long drive and hours in a conference, I just wanted a meal and to head back to my hotel. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The service is ALWAYS EXCELLENT. The bartender Tara is amazing and I love her spirit, the manager Ashlee is always happy and smiling and the staff always makes me happy! I love this location and will always come back. Also the dj on Thursday night makes me smile every time he’s there ??
