Worst experience ever. I wanted to try a different place tonight and we were sat outside and there was a guy playing his own JBL speaker so loud my family and I had to yell at each other like drunk spring breakers to hear one another. I told my family we are leaving to find something better suited. We not go back to this place in the future bad first impression. Management didn't ha e restaurant under control at all. It was a very chaotic place to be such a nice scenery.

had a dude sitting alone blast 21 savage on his personal speaker for 10+ minutes. he legit brought his fully charged JBL to play music. i didnt even see a plate at his table. waiter and managers just let it happen.

Welllll! This place was on point tonight, for my wife and I. This was our first time to go here and im glad to state, not our last.
Diego was super attentive with us and other guests.
To be honest all the staff seemed to pitch in for one another. Everything seemed to function really well.
I have to state, if you have ever gone to waffle house and you order your food. Your food comes to your table pretty quick. Well Veracruz Cafe its the same way. I am very impressed how well it ran. I complain a bunch about restaurants, but this place it mostly on point. My only lame complain is they don't have booths. Like literally its my only complaint.
For drinks I got the ranch water and my wife got a long island ice tea. Needles to say, we only needed one of those.
We went on a Thursday and i felt this place was popping.
It was really nice to see and experience an atmosphere where people are talking and engaging one another and not on their cell phones.

Food is great! I never give the authentic Mexican seal if they don't serve Mexican flavored waters ( horchata, Jamaica, etc)
It would really improve the experience.

First time here and food came out quickly and delicious. Staff worked as a team and did not leave us needing anything. This is how a place should be run. Efficient and with great teamwork. We will be returning. Great salsa too.

Don't ask for a lunch menu because 1st they act like they don't have one. Gave me a breakfast menu. I again asked for a lunch menu. Ordered Mexican egg rolls for 11.99. Waitress said that price wasn't on the register. Said she would have to pay the difference if I refused. Explained it was paying what the lunch menu said. This is my 4th time having issues with their lunch menu. I was informed the manager was in Mexico. So who's in charge. I love their food but this issue with the lunch menu is asinine. Each time I come I bring new people. Please fix this or don't offer a lunch menu.

The servers were great. Very nice young ladies.
I ordered a single taco which was fine. Plain but fine.
I ordered a très leches to go. Got home. Took a bite and nearly threw up.
It was rancid. I smelled it and gagged again.
I had to gargle and it was extremely disgusting.
I don’t fault the staff. Something feels off about that place, like the leadership/ownership must be unable to inspire their workers to not serve rancid food.
I hope the taco I ate was ok. I’m worried now.

Evelin did a great service. Food was good, we try this restaurant in another location, we love it. We tray this location. Not disappoints at all. Great service, food was good. I got Tony's .... meal. Was good. Great combination, salad, protein and carbs in the same dish. Drinks were good. Evelin made sure my drinks were good
