I just wanted to say I have been in server Waffle House and not loving the place but this is an A Plus, The service is Amazing all the way across, and so clean . Wants you come in they all welcome you. This a New location so please try it out. I had my steak and eggs and it was so hood(Sorry I forgot to take a picture was hungry lol)

This Waffle House is new in Cedar Hill and the customer service sucks already. A few of the employees seem like they really didn't want to be at work. The female who took my order was not very friendly and she needs to learn how to greet people when they walked in. She had greeted someone but it seemed like she didn't really want to do it. This location needs help with more friendly staff already. Definitely did not leave a tip and they forgot my onions.

This is a brand, new waffle house, clean, and nice food was excellent, Lori. the cook is a delight, so kind, and nice! She’s worked here for 16 years, and she loves her job and loves this company and it shows! This was perfect meal after a long day, we came out from Utah to watch BYU play Texas Tech in the big 12 championship game, after a horrible loss, we had to eat our feelings and this was the perfect place to come :-)
Tranee was our waitress. She was awesome! Madyson helped us at the cashier
These girls were just fun to be around and keep this environment very stellar!

The cook was so slow she took her time she decided to stick up after we ordered and was so patient and slow to cook our food the waitress was nice and did her part but our food when it came out the hash brown was hard and almost burnt no taste

Smell your waffles they stink, Mines ALWAYS STINK I really believe it's because they use dirty gloves to grab to plate them... You better monitor them hard while they're cooking for u cause their Nasty‼️
