I just left Wendy’s drive-through. I placed an order and I asked them to make sure Everything was fresh. I only stay 7 minutes away from there maybe 10 there’s if that Ain’t
no way my burger should be cold or dry. So I called to speak to a manager. The only thing he can offer me was to come back and exchange the burger. The point of me eating out was to go home and eat it not to go back in exchange my food that should have already been hot. If I can rate them zero stars I would.

Went to Wendy's ordered two meals .. I received one bar b que sauce for two meals .. I asked for another one . The Mexican lady told me it would be fifty four cents . Please I just ordered 20 worth of food and couldn't get another sauce ..

They changed the menu and removed my kiddos favorite sauce, the Sweet and Sour os no gone! It was the only sauce my kiddos ate, and now I have to figure out something else, and with their food allergies it's going to take a hot minute!

The inside is nice but the restrooms were almost unbearable and it was only 1130am. Conditions were dirty in and out of the stalls and the functional one had a broken lock. I felt like I was at a random gas station in the middle of nowhere.

I Came In The Drive Thru And Got A Spicy Chicken Patty and They Gave Me An Old One So I Had To Go Into The Store To Let Them Know And The Manager a Hispanic Lady Told me “You Need To Wait 6 Minutes” she didn’t apologize or anything just basically said it in a rude way like oh well you’re gonna have to wait for a new one! This is not the first time that I have come to this location and they gave me old food to where I had to come all the way back to the restaurant!

Every time I go to the store, they seem to always be unhappy working. My order is constantly wrong and it’s not hard, I always ask for extra ranch on the asiago chicken sandwich and for some reason they always do the opposite. It’s very dry.

The lady at the window passing the food had a bad bad attitude and a sense of entitlement. Kept rolling her eyes and lacked professionalism after making a mistake. It didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. That’s not the customers fault.
