I didn't even realize food placed were still allowed to use latex gloves. I bought and paid for my kids pretzels and then realized while waiting they were using latex gloves for everything. When I made a comment the employees weren't understanding about the whole ordeal. I am highly allergic to latex. Just being near latex can set my allergies off. My teens ate the pretzels, but said they weren't very good. I couldn't try anything. Never going back.
They take so long on the food I have to wait 30 minutes for pizza bits they so slow the 2 black lady’s there so lazy
This was my first time trying the pizza bitz bites and they were tasty. They have different sauces you can also purchase. I dipped mine in ranch. I will definitely be back!!

A bunch of kids working there with NO A/C. No wonder why their service and quality of food is horrible. Owner clearly neglects and undervalues the employees. Typical corporate capitalism.

The food is good, and the service is also good.
Seems like it’s only kids working there, no customer service and cin a bits hardly had any cinnamon.
Honestly the only reason I still go to this location is because it's the closest to me. Other than that there's no reason to go to this one they never have anything ready and they're either understaffed with only 1 person working or overstaffed with 5 people of which only 1 is actually working the other 4 are just talking with each other not doing anything.
Great cervice they were really nice 10/10

Wetzel’s Pretzels never misses! The pretzels are always fresh, soft, and perfectly buttery with just the right amount of salt. Whether it’s the classic Original, the cheesy Dog bites, or the sweet Cinnamon Bits, everything tastes amazing. The lemonade is super refreshing too! Service is quick and friendly every time I visit. Definitely my go-to snack spot at the mall!
Walked in today and no one has on hair nets but but hair to the chest making food. Very nasty. But when asked about it they had an attitude. Want go back. The health department need to get involved with the place in Cedar Hill.
