I went & purchased their cinnamon pretzel
bites & they were DISGUSTING. They were literally inedible. They were HARD & DRY. Literally. I went & asked for a different bag, & was given a new bag of the same exact quality. I’m so mad because I didn’t ask for a receipt & feel as though I won’t receive a refund. There’s absolutely no way they didn’t know the pretzels were OLD. I really want my money back. It was literally $7 in the trash. I threw away both bags. I didn’t even make it to my car. Literally threw them away in front of the business. I should’ve known it was gonna be nasty by the 2.9, but tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. DISGUSTING. Avoid at all cost.

Almost $9 for these wanna be "strawberry funnel cake bitz" that are NOT worth it! These are very doughy and NOT sweet at all. They taste NOTHING like a funnel cake. I really want my money back.

My pretzel was disgusting harder than a freaking rock. I’m so pissed. And I’ve tried calling the store for some reason the number doesn’t work.
you can’t even chew it it’s so hard!!!

The entire staff was nice and friendly. They greeted me when I came in. As well as thanked me in asked me to come back the next time I was on the side really enjoyed the atmosphere and everything.

Ordered Funnel cake bites. Very sorry excuse for them. (Photo included) Instead of light and fluffy, it was pretzel bites ( yes actual pretzel bites) with powdered sugar on top. And no strawberry topping. On top of that, it was the most useless, uninterested in serving the customer type of employees I have ever had the unpleasant experience to have met. And this is a small location with no menu board. And unless the tiny heat lamped food case is full, you will not know what they have. And by the way the store was empty when we got there. And had been empty when we arrived at the Hillside Village.

half way through eating this saw it was raw?this place needs to do better

This place is so unsanitary and unprofessional. No employees were wearing gloves when handling the food. No one was wearing a hairnet when they all had long hair. There was even food on the floor. This is not what you want to see when you are ordering food.

The service is so terrible is more the ones that I go even they are different personal , they always on a bad actitud , even when you ask them nicely they answer you bad mad need to chance the personal , and the food always burn !!!!!

this place gets me right every time. it was a wait for something but i didnt mind. everything i got was fresh!! dont let any bad reviews stop you from trying this place. ahout out to the manager alyssia she made me feel at home welcoming me in and having conversation with me.

Great place !! Don’t let online reviews make you not want to come. The managers are fantastic! The one with the red hair explained that they are working with one oven and did apologize for the wait time and gave me a drink for my wait. I love this place !!

They do not close at 9pm They need to update the hours.

Suck axx place first impression is everything first time going to try them a get turned around at 4:30 because they haven’t made enough pretzels never again will i attempt to go in there employee should handle things differently then being rude

This place is horrible! Management sucks and can’t seem to control her mouth when it comes to people that don’t look like her. She will definitely deny service to people and will make any excuse to do so. It does show why she works here and can’t find a better job. The food is always burnt anyway, it’s so sad to see a great place ran by an idiot person.
