Coffee is sub par, (hot and iced). Their breakfast is great & really fond of their croissant ham and cheese sandwich. The atmosphere is cozy-a nice play to read or study. Drive-thru takes a minute-don’t expect a quick drive in and drive away.

If you live in Duncanville/Cedar Hill/Desoto area, come here for your coffee. They make delicious coffee in a previously lived in house that’s cozy inside. Pretty neat. I also bought a bag of their beans. They smell great, cant wait to try them. Super nice people work here. We previously went to Gahwena coffee station in d’ville, and they are awful. Poor customer service and old tasting coffee.

Bottom line: come to white rhino, drive the extra 5min and get you some good coffee.

I got the snickerdoodle coffee and the breakfast tacos this place I do not say this lightly is probably the best coffee I've had the food was really amazing too simple easy great price this is how you run a run a business yummy

Cold brew was weak and devoid of flavor. Ordered with milk alternative , cold foam was made with dairy. Would be beneficial to have posting to inform patrons to drive completely up for drive up service. Tasted and wasted.

Came from Austin here till Friday was craving caffeine got the lucky charm matcha it was amazing ! Will be back again definitely also thinking about buying there expresso beans before I leave

I love coming to this shop, recently they added a cute book area and it’s made it feel even more welcoming here!
The snickerdoodle and avocado toast are my go to’s but you really can’t go wrong with anything here😍

I hate to do this as I’ve had some great visits to this location but some additional training is needed at this store, customer service-wise . I ordered two iced drinks and two pastries, to go, about 15 min before I arrived. I walked into the store five minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. The employee at the point of sale was very dismissive off the bat and said my order would be up soon. The two other customers in line with me were also to go orders. 6 or 7 other customers come in, try to order, and then I hear the point of sale employee saying ‘ so sorry our grinder is broken, we’re out of iced coffee, we’re out of xyz pastries, etc.’ to all the customers that weren’t to go orders. I wait 20 minutes and finally go up to the bar and ask if I missed my order. The barista making the drink barely looks at me and says ‘let me check.’ No apology, no sorry about that, nothing. Five more minutes of me standing there with three more people who came in after me being served and I was all the way done. Went up to the register, let them know I’d been waiting for over 20 minutes and I want to just cancel my order. The point of sale employee did have the good grace to look chagrin and mumble an apology but at no time did anyone try to make it right or let me know why my order was taking so long. Where was the manager or additional assistance due to all the issues they were having? And for the love all that is holy, turn off online ordering if that much product is out of stock and things are going wrong, especially if you are as understaffed as they were today. At minimum, a third person should have been there to help but the manager was not doing their job and all the employees on that shift need further training to handle tough situations like the one above. Besides myself, at least two other customer also just left as everything they wanted to order was out. I worked at Starbucks for years so I know exactly how hard it can be during days like these but damn… the customer service bar is in hell right now.

I ordered the Whole Latte Love and it literally tastes like cold milk with Zero flavor.. how do you make a lavender drink flavorless?! My Husband ordered the Mint Condition and it had no mint flavor at all and it was literally hot with like 2 ice cubes.

On top of that, when we were ordering we were told that even if we want an extra single shot only they will still charge us for a double shot per “manager” rules.

Literally tossed the drink in trash and drove to Dutch Bros instead. Don’t waste your money on flavorless coffee. This place used to be good a couple of years ago.

Great atmosphere and good service.

Signature drinks are good, but wouldn’t recommend drip, americano, pour over, or any drink that depends on the coffee bean for its flavor. Poor quality coffee bean perhaps. Have frequented for years wondering if that would ever change, but it hasn’t and as it grows as a franchise I don’t think it will.

I worked on a coffee farm for many years. Take this with a grain of salt. Coffee-flavored drinks, yes. Coffee, no.

What a yummy way to start the day. This Chai was so perfectly spicy and the warm blueberry scone was so fresh and delicious.

Update from before... still love this place! It's so cozy and every one is really nice. You can come here and work get something to eat and enjoy. Will definitely be back again.

Hey guys! Will update the review once fixed,

Wonderful cafe, haven't been in years but will always love this place. The two large hightop tables have comically LOW stools. One of them is so bad you can't even sit there casually, both make it impossible to work. It eliminates 20% of the seating inside.

Within 15 mins of arriving I watched two other couples complain other than my party and have to move / try to find another spot.

Get some stools that are a proper height for those tables. It's kind of inconvenient for folks. Thankfully it wasn't crazy busy so room to sit.

(While writing this, another group tried to sit and laughed at how low the seating is.)
