I come here all the time, this particular interaction, was not pleasing to see while visiting this location.

Went in this morning, 11/09/24. I went inside the building, ordered a coffee and breakfast to go. I’m waiting, 2 female employees are talking and laughing while getting orders together but after a while I hear a guy worker say my name to figure out where and who’s breakfast he had. It was labeled wrong for a Togo for OUTSIDE (it’s been sitting while employees have been giggling and talking). Please make sure new employees are COMPETENT enough to pay attention and give good customer service

If you like chewing on coffee grounds, then this is the place for you. They need to do a better job filtering their coffee because I had to keep spitting out bits and pieces. Eventually, I just threw away the whole $7 drink because it was so gritty.

The barista who gave me the drink was really nice though. However, the cashier was uninterested and doesn’t look like he even wants to be there.

Great place they just never have food available. Pastries always on display with none in stock.

Every time I ordered coffee here, it’s always excellent. The cafe was clean. The to go area was closed. For wheelchair user, I don’t think the restaurant was accessible. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. This is my favorite coffee shop.

The only product available was plain bagels. They were not able to serve anything else from the menu because they didn’t have any ingredients. Lost my time, false advertising!

The coffee is good and the avocado toast my wife had was good as well, I ordered the chicken biscuit and I was disappointed it looks so good in the pictures. The one they handed to me was reheated, and the biscuit was hard as a rock, they where nice enough to refund the biscuit, I didn’t order anything else after that though. I don’t know if they are frozen and microwaved (that’s what it tasted like) or if it was an order someone left behind but I asked for no pickles and I could taste the pickle that was on it before, so I figured it must come premade and they microwave it. I gave 3 stars because everything else was good and the service is good as well, the place has an amazing atmosphere, and the people are nice, they have table top games you can play while you wait. Also their pastry selection looked yummy but I didn’t try anything since I’m trying to stay away from sugar. My cold brew was good I enjoyed it.

Small breakfast place in Cedar Hill, visited an about 2 years ago and stopped by on couple of occasions since it’s nearby previous job. Everything was good, nice farmhouse coziness feel, small sitting area inside and also space outside for lots of sitting, this is more like for breakfast date, work from computer type deal, also kiddo friendly since I’ve seen families with children sit and eat. It’s a little wait time to get your orders, small parking zone out back, they have drive through/pick up area also, ok price for small portions but still recommend it, gets very busy at time so check in if you need to. Customer service is good could honestly be much better for all the customers that come in.

Went here to do some studying. The coffee was great and the person serving me was very nice! Suggested I go to the new library in town, which I loved since I’m not familiar with the area. It was a little expensive, but honestly not more than other coffee shops these days. My one complaint is that the stools aren’t tall enough for the tables in the main area. Makes it a little awkward to sit there.
