Set my son up to the Williams Chicken and Cedar Hill for a 12-piece dark and two boxes of fries when my son got home with the food the chicken was very cold and the fries was hard and overcooked I am very disappointed in the food that I just received from this location on 5 /25/25

I don't know why I keep punishing myself because I never have a good experience with the food at this location. I purchased an 8 pc dark. The chicken was too salty, undercooked and just tasted horrible. I got nauseated trying to eat this chicken. I threw the entire order in the trash!! I normally don't share my bad experiences, I just won't patronize the business again depending on how bad the experience was. But salty, undercooked food could cause someone to become ill. There are other criticisms I could make, but what is critical is the quality of the food that is being served. I hope the franchise owner read their reviews and make some much needed improvements at this location. My visit was on May 5, 2025

I literally just left . The 2 men that work night shift are RUDEEEEEEE !!! Everytime I added something to the order he immediately said “PULL AROUND!” & I kept having to tell him I’m not done . So dismissive & soooo rude !

Went 3/28/25 . I ordered dirty rice which was more like gummy rice. The rice was horrible I would have not served it to anyone.Should have been thrown out. They should be shame to serve such horrible tasing rice. Don't think I will be returning. Smh😠

This rant is not about the food, service or thw atmosphere. The food is always good. But this is about the $29 for 20/25 hot wings and FRIES 🍟 are NOT INCLUDED! We canceled our order and moved on.
2. I realize chickens have small wings but sometimes you get 1/2 of a broken wing and they count it as a whole wing! Be fair to the your clientele.

I travel to this location from Desoto. And it’s best to go during the day when the Hispanics are there (sad to say). When they are not there the food and service is TRASH! My food was cold even the gravy.. When I called and spoke with the manager Marcus l, he tells me I have to leave my home at 11pm to get my order remade or refunded with my baby! Not a happy paying customer at all!
Food is always hot and fresh. I had to wait for my food but it was worth the wait and the gentleman brought it out to my car.

I asked for my food to be packaged in a box when I ordered it . They gave it to me in a bag and said they can’t put it in a box and that it would be an extra fee. I gladly returned the food and got my refund.
