Need to update your hours. I stopped by last night after I got off around 1a and you were closed. I called today and the lady said you close at midnight, not 2am

If I could give negative stars I would! I’ve patronized this particular Williams Chicken a few times. I have never had a problem with the food; it has always been hot & tasty. However I went about a month ago around 9pm…when I tell you I will NEVER go again! 1st the person in front had a sizesable order…no problem but I noticed her order was repeated to her at least 3 times which was a good thing. My turn…im giving my order & was told “I can’t hear you”, so I speak louder & I’m told the same thing to which I reply “ I can pull around”. The guy taking the order said “No, just speak up”…so after yelling my order ( which was not repeated to me like the customer in front of me) I pull around. Get to the window to be asked if I had 2 - 2 pieces. I said, 1 is a 2 pc combo. I asked if he would repeat my order he closes the window without doing so. When he comes back I ask for my order to be read to me, instead he gives me my total. I ask a third time to have my order read to me while handing over my card for pymt. I say, “ Why cant I get my order repeated, you repeated the order of the car in front of me at least 3 times.” To which he replied, “ Dont worry bout the car in front of you, worry bout your order.” Exactly Mr Williams chicken, thats what Im trying to do. He hands me my card, I did snatch it a bit, obviously frustrated at the rude behavior & lack of customer service. He proceeded to ask me if I was ok because I snatched my card…he then proceeds to tell his co-workers he would slap the “ish” out of me & his mouth continued to run on & on. I finally get my food but fries were missing & I was not leaving til I got em which seemed like forever…cars honking & 1 person yelling. I sent an email to the Corporate office but no response to date. I could say more but I’ll stop here. Sad!

I just left your location and had a very disappointing experience. When we pulled up to the speaker around 11:30 PM, an employee asked what we wanted. We ordered 2 orders of two-piece dark meal, but after giving our order we received no response. We waited at the speaker for about 3-4 minutes, then drove up to the window thinking maybe the speaker wasn’t working. We waited another 3-4 minutes at the window without being acknowledged, only to finally be told (by the black dude with braces) that the store was “closed.”

If the location was closed, why were we asked for our order in the first place? According to Google, your hours show you close at 12:00 AM, so we should have still been able to place an order. I was very confused.

So today around 3pm I stopped at this location in honor of Juneteenth I waited in line for an 1hr and 30 min for 1 8pc dark per car. No problem I’m just stopping by baby napping federal holiday why not. I also ordered 6 gizzards and this is what I got , bad Food I’m not sure what was in that gizzard. I went back around 11pm for a refund, I handed the manger( whom ever answered the door)my receipt and card he says receipt not needed cause he would have to give a full refund for an order that’s less than $9. I’m like that’s cool , he says i can’t do that .now what’s wrong with giving a customer a full refund that had to return to your store cause you gave them bad food. I left with only money for the gizzards which
I only went for anyway. He mentioned full refund that’s he’s not allowed to honor.. smh business need to do better. As I’m getting ready to right this review i decided to read some and totally agree with person . They go make somebody really sick with these shenanigans.

Set my son up to the Williams Chicken and Cedar Hill for a 12-piece dark and two boxes of fries when my son got home with the food the chicken was very cold and the fries was hard and overcooked I am very disappointed in the food that I just received from this location on 5 /25/25

I don't know why I keep punishing myself because I never have a good experience with the food at this location. I purchased an 8 pc dark. The chicken was too salty, undercooked and just tasted horrible. I got nauseated trying to eat this chicken. I threw the entire order in the trash!! I normally don't share my bad experiences, I just won't patronize the business again depending on how bad the experience was. But salty, undercooked food could cause someone to become ill. There are other criticisms I could make, but what is critical is the quality of the food that is being served. I hope the franchise owner read their reviews and make some much needed improvements at this location. My visit was on May 5, 2025

I literally just left . The 2 men that work night shift are RUDEEEEEEE !!! Everytime I added something to the order he immediately said “PULL AROUND!” & I kept having to tell him I’m not done . So dismissive & soooo rude !
