I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS WINGSTOP . The ladies are YOUNG . AND CHILDISH . I ordered 10 wings . They looked amazing but after getting home the wings were under cooked and chewy ! I called to see how they could resolve and they advised me a refund since I had no time to wait for fresh chicken . I get there with my 8 wings ( my boyfriend and I ate 2) and my ranch corn and drink ! The Manager Karen states I will receive a refund for 17.61 which is fine ! But she has an attitude about not having a refund receipt ! I asked “ who was Rosa “ which on the receipt is my cashier . Karen states she does not know but later on states she is the general manager/ regional manager . I asked hey you don’t know who you hired she states no I’m not giving info on Rosa I’m the manager I advised I’m asking bc that is my cashier she was tapping the screen hard and using a phone calculator to breakdown my refund amount . Very rude not helpful and no proof of a refund ! Horrible ladies working here 9/12 @Noon . Store was dirty drink machine was sticky and an over flow of fallen cup holders . I NEED MY REFUND PROOF AND TO CHAT WITH KARENS BOSS ABOUT HER PROFESSIONALISM and uncooked chicken !

PLEASE RETHINK EATING HERE!! me and my family were loyal Wingstop customers regardless of them being a little pricey they had decent chicken it just depends on the day but not today we recieved our order and saw chicken toe nails and feather still in the chicken wings. THEY DONT CLEAN THEY CHICKEN!!! Then trying to get the refund we had horrible customer service, they acted as if we just were trying to make it up when u could see it clear as day what was wrong with the chicken. The girls up there wanted to start being petty on the refund subtracting the 2 pieces out of the 30 my son ate because he was hungry. I had to meet my husband up there to give them the ranch he forgot or they wouldn’t refund it to us. Those girls acted like they the ranch and chicken police. No CLEAN CHICEKN/ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WINGSTOP LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!!

While waiting for my call in order, which was 15 minutes over the advised ETA, I was informed that it would be $3.02 for a cup of water. When I asked why water wasn't free, they stated that they didn't have cups for water. SMH.

I’m really disappointed with Wingstop lately. This is my second time giving them another chance, and both times the wings tasted old, dry, and hard like they’ve been sitting around for two weeks and just tossed in sauce to cover it up. It’s a shame because I used to really love Wingstop, but it feels like they’re cutting corners now, maybe using lower quality or even GMO wings. The quality has definitely gone downhill, and it’s frustrating to see a place I used to enjoy get worse instead of better.

I have been patronizing this Wingstop since it opened in the early 2000s. I moved out of town and came to my “favorite” Wingstop and am highly disappointed. What happened to the fresh cut fries? I could’ve went to Walmart and bought the fired they gave me for $1. I am on my way back up there now for a refund. I’m highly disappointed.

Wonderful customer service from Karen! I asked for well done and my wings were exactly cooked well done how I like. My wings were sauced very well and the new fries are absolutely delicious especially when I add hot honey seasoning. They also have a very big lobby to be able to dine in with family and friends. I also love that they have many drink options. I will be back soon! 🤩

Warning- they have new extra regular high school football game fries! My goodness, what a let down!!!! Bring back the old fries expeditiously. Louisiana rub chicken almost slit my throat trying to swallow those dry and flavorless thangs. Thank goodness the lemon hot wings did what they usually do and the drink machine held it down. That fried corn was salty but somebody in the house will eat them. Thanks for the excellent and polite service though. You have been warned about those fries. Smh y’all need to let people know that for real.
