I ordered Cajun wings that were not covered in the dry seasoning. The cook literally just sprinkled seasoning on the top my wings without giving them a toss. That was unprofessional in my opinion.

Stay away stay away stay away from this wingstop if all possible these guys will sell you old wings and could care less about it.
Ordered a 50 pack tonight, was shorted 10 wings. They told me after I returned Home I would have to load everything up bring it back to prove to them. But then the rest of my food would be cold-not their problem.I told them I would contact corporate, they agreed to make the 10 wings but was told they usually won’t do that-my advice check every wing before leaving.Also fries were cold when arrived.

I'm not prone to complaining, but this is on Wingstop as a whole, I live in DeSoto, but can't order from that Wingstop due to constant failure, now I chose cedar Hill location only to be failed again, y'all forgot my ranch an I just bought a 24 family pack, I asked for ranch but my ticket has blue cheese, but I got nothing, region s matter, coming from Austin, TX this kinda nonsense never happens there... Standards for Wingstops is low in this REGION

Free fries , news flash, is not consolation for forgetting my ranch, I clearly stated that this mishap affected my whole meal. 40.00 dollars plus for 24 pc wing, I'll pass.... I guess I'm going to finally try buffalo wild wings now!!!

First time going to any Wingstop. Everyone in my family ordered the chicken sandwich combos with the different flavors. We all enjoyed our meals very much. Service was excellent. Restaurant was clean and well run.
