Literally delicious. I got the pulls pork sandwich and coleslaw. Generous with the mean and didn’t get any fat clumps in it. Some Burnt end pieces that were delicious

Will not accept any of my DoorDash orders anytime I order from Doordash they cancel my order no matter what I order.

Just to clarify I followed your Doordash instructions as presented I can read. I also understood items get canceled if you're out of the item, it would make more sense in my opinion to make the item unavailable on the app. But that's just my opinion. Additionally I've never known any BBQ establishment to run out of a chop beef sandwich at 12 noon when they open @ 11am. Food for thought I suppose.

Now I will give credit where credit is due your BBQ is good, it's really good. Unfortunately, I'll take mediocre BBQ over mediocre service.

I hope you'll work out your Doordash procees so even when people are following the very clear instructions their orders don't get cancelled. NO DOUBLE MEATS! In all caps and going to tell me I'm sorry if that wasn't clear, like I have vision or literacy problems.

Brisket was dry and had very hard unedible pieces in it. The bun was small and dry also with not much seasoning on it and that was one of my favorite part of the sandwich. I don't think they understand that even burnt ends should still be tender. I think this is due to smoking at too high of a temperature needs to be smoked low and slow not high and quick. I used to be a regular here because a year or two ago the brisket was tender and delicious but then it declined unfortunately as many do. It had been a while since I had been and thought I would give it another chance and that was a big mistake. So disappointed!!! What a waste of money that I don't have to just throw away. I will not be back unless they replace my sandwich for free at the quality and deliciousness it should be.

I should’ve read the recent reviews before coming here. This restaurant use to be very good and my go-to spot for a BBQ baked potato. I ordered their all meat baked potato for 30$. The Potatoes was hard and ALL the meat on top was OLD and inedible, I had to spit it out. The food had to be days old. I threw the entire meal in the trash.
The customer service was decent and my order was ready time, however I no longer recommend them.

I’m from Chicago and I love a good BBQ especially a smoked brisket and it was definitely good. I came one time on a Sunday with my best friend and the owner happened to be there. He asked how we love the food and the overall experience. He’s seems like a great guy and you can tell he loves what he do. But on the second time around, I came with my mom in the same server from last, attitude changed very rude and unprofessional. (I’m assuming because the owner was there last time her attitude was good) She also had a conversation on the side looking for the cook. And was very loud saying oh he’s coming out the bathroom. That’s also unprofessional cause it will have people thinking like damn I hope he washed his hands. We don’t need to know all that, a simple hey the cook is coming would have been fine. Her over all attitude was just trash but because I personally met the owner is the only reason I still payed. This type of service will drive a lot of customers away and I pray that the young lady learns how to speak to people because the owner has a great business over all.

Some of the absolute worst BBQ I have ever had. It’s at least 2 days old. I’m afraid to eat it there’s a good chance I’ll get sick. A total waste of $50. Place use to be so good. 🤦🏾‍♂️

I am first time customer & baby Winners Smokehouse did NOT disappoint me & my family the service was welcoming, it was a nice & clean environment & the food lordt have mercy was delicious 😋 we all enjoyed the brisket & I definitely enjoyed it!!
