Daylight Donuts

I just visited them twice this past week, I placed an order for customized donuts on Wednesday for Saturday & they were able to take me in. The owner is so sweet! The donuts are DELICIOUS!! Definitely recommend!

Excellent Quality Donuts. I got the blueberry old fashioned and the chocolate old fashioned. I also tried the English Toffee Latte. It was all delish and great quality.

I picked up two dozen donuts and some specialty items for the staff I work with at my school and everyone was raving about how amazingly delicious they were. I’m very judgmental about apple fritters, my favorite donut pastry, and this one knocked it out of the park. It was so unbelievably good. I could not stop eating it. On top of that, the service was fast, extremely friendly, and every time I stop in, it is the same type of wonderful experience. I highly recommend this Daylight Donuts location.

Quality versus cost just isn’t there. Way too expensive for what you get.
Also, the food handling process is not sanitary - No gloves used and witnessed unsanitary practices while handling food.

This was my very first time to order from them.Placed an order through Doordash for 2 glazed donuts and 2 cinnamon twists and I recieved 2 glazed twists(instead of cinnamon) so called them about wrong delivery and the person on the phone said "there is nothing he can do about it , when my order was placed they ran out of cinnamon twist so they sent the glazed twist" .I mean they should have called me before changing my order ?.

Love coming here with the kids. Owner is friendly. Clean space. Lots of options to choose from.

I would have liked to place an order. This was my second attempt overall. We called a week ago to place an allergy friendly order and we were told that due to the allergens we would need to place the order in advance. Fair. I called yesterday to do so, person took down what I wanted and stated he would contact ownership to confirm and then get back to me for an order I placed for the next day. No one called me. I called back this morning as I was unsure whether or not I would be picking up anything and apparently the same person which at first acted like he was unaware of the conversation I was referencing eventually confirmed that he took down the information and said no order was in the system. I had stated that I would have appreciated a call back he then proceeded to state that I called a little late in the day (which was around 2 pm) and that the owner did confirm they can do the allergy friendly donuts but he would have had to go get the ingredients. I understand allergy friendly items are difficult and if he would have just confirmed that yes he received the order, the ownership confirmed the allergy friendly ingredients, they just couldn’t fulfill for the next day and that he was sorry he didn’t call without the you called late in the day comment I would have left it be. People make mistakes and forget things but making excuses and offloading accountability is not ok. Don’t offer an item or service if it’s just too complicated for you to fulfill.

the customer service here is great and the lady who was working when i went in was very personable! plus the donuts are phenomenal. will be back often!
