During the tasting, they took their time and delivered the food to me. What an amazing customer service they provided! Try them out and set up something. I didn’t end up moving forward but I can only imagine how it would have been if I did! They were amazing!!

We planned a company holiday party for 85 people. We selected the buffet carving station combination menu and were impressed that it came with beef ribeye, roasted ham and roasted turkey. Each of the meats was cooked nicely and not dry. There were good seasonings or accompanying sauces that made each meat a delight. We had about 76 people, so we had plenty left over and Daniel was ready to pack up all the leftovers for us to distribute to anyone that wanted them. Daniel and his two servers were absolutely polite and focused on providing great service and leaving the place just like they found it. There was bad weather that day which made it hard to travel on the highways and Daniel was able to get food served on time. Many people told me they did not have high expectations for the food for the company party but were pleasantly surprised at how good it all was. All the sides were good as well. There were two salads with great dressings. I definitely plan on using DB Catering again for smaller lunches or other large events. Next time, I will choose to pay for DB to provide silverware because plasticware and plastic knives just don't do well with the ribeye. I read all the reviews and really wished we would have a good experience and we were rewarded with a great experience. I totally understand a negative review here and there because providing food for a crowd can be difficult and some customers are not clear on their expectations of the caterer or instructions to the attendees. DB Catering had a great price for the quality and amount of food. I wish continued success to DB Catering. I can tell they really want to do a great job and have people enjoy themselves.

We had high hopes using this caterer for our wedding because they were recommended and had great reviews but sadly we were very disappointed. First, they arrived late and our guests were not able to enjoy the appetizer during our cocktail hour. Then, for dinner they ran out food and two tables did not get to eat. Not to mention that about 10 guest didn’t show up, so there should haven been plenty of food. I couldn’t imagine how bad it would have been if everyone would have showed. The owners of the business did not even bother showing up to work the event, and instead sent 2 people to sever the entire wedding, then blamed it on them for over serving. When we spoke on the phone after dinner, we expressed our concerns and all we were met was with hostility and showing no accountability. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a food caterer for a big wedding event, as this business showed very little preparation. They might be better suited for smaller events. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but the fact that this was our wedding and 2 of our tables went unserved is inexcusable.
