My toddler was looking forward to having pizza that was never delivered. They said about 20 min. After nearly an hour I call and they said they were busy and anther person said it was delivered to a different address and they’re remaking it after an hour.

Fast food pizza with the worst service ever! I ordered using the domino app and it showed completed on the app but when I walked in to pick up pizza the pizza was not even made! I had to wait another 10 mins to get my pizza! They did not even say sorry or anything!! Run by a bunch of kids!

Got pizza last Friday night they were super busy. Only had to wait a couple mins when I came in to pick up my order. Order was correct and the young lady that was at the counter was very nice with great customer service.

My order was late by 35 mins and was a curbside pickup. Couldn’t complete curbside pickup so I went inside and my food was still not ready. I mentioned this to the cashier to see if he could accommodate me with breadsticks or cheese sticks for the inconvenience. I was told no. I highly recommend not patronizing this location if you want friendly and on-time service. The employees were listening to music that was highly inappropriate for children. The store was extremely hot and uncomfortable to have to sit and wait for my food to be cooked past it’s pickup time. When my order was finally handed to me, it was ice cold as if it had been sitting for a long time. It appears as though they have some severe organization issues.

This location probably doesn’t know how to make pizza. Had a curbside pickup order for the usuals within 45mins of order which was super cold (they probably don’t have an oven to keep things warm), pizza was like chips with no cheese even though I had ordered extras. Called the location to see if they can take this back and make replacements, they said no. $40 worth of food straight to trash. Screwed up our night with guests. Location said they would issue a $15 credit for the incovenience but nothing. Why lie?
