Food trucks were great. We had a pizza, pepperoni bites, and a smash burger. The beer and their whisky were also pretty good. However, a lot of work is still needed with the staff. No greeting, ignored for 10 minutes before ordering drinks, not sure how napkins work with the food trucks but Rollertown didn’t provide any. They also rang in our order incorrectly, we had 3 drinks and it was wrong. Doubt we’ll be back. It’s a couple notches lower than Yard House.
Love this place and would have given 5 stars but the valet situation is lacking. Long line and then no sgns for adjacent parking lot stating it is for valet. We entered thinking we could park there and both valet attendants were
EXTREMELY rude. They are kids and clearly don’t have control of their emotions. Demanding that we exit out backwards, not allowing us to turn around and running up on us telling a 58 yr old man to have some respect. REALLY??? They need some customer experience training. Other than that….ilove it!
Great space for play and drinks, cocktails included.
The orientation and approach to the complex is awkward (that’s why there is a random sign is required telling people where you should enter). Feels too exposed to still high traffic Main Street. Neither here or there with buffer / public interaction to Main Street. Beer is ok. The venue feels disorganized from planning and staff POV. One of those place where first timers don’t know what to do or where it ends or starts. The food is pretty good but need more options than 2 if you are not serving food. Family / kids area seems after thought. No real parking. Pizza ordering kiosk and gelato fridge is weirdly located.
This place has soo much potential. Well designed and in a solid area. That’s where my compliments stop unfortunately. This brewery was given funds by the city and also has several high end investors (Dirk & Dude Perfect) to name a few. However the parking situation is a nightmare. You either luck out parking on the street or pay $10-$20 for private lot. The food trucks are both solid but also fairly expensive. Burger place is $20 for burger and fries while the pizza place is $13-$15 for personal pizza. I can look past the first two things considering the venue is pretty cool. What I can’t look past is $8.50 a beer at a brewery that MAKES the beer. They are charging stadium prices for beer that they are making. This is truly absurd to me. No distribution or shared profits. There plenty of awesome breweries in the DFW area that aren’t changing anywhere near this cost with just as good if not better beer. Just to name a few i woudl
say Wild Acre, Tupps and even Armor. They are all kid friendly and charge $5-$6 a beer. This is a perfect example of greed that overpowered potential. Stay clear and enjoy serval better local brewery options.
The place was large with lots of outdoor space and upstairs patio. The establishment offered a variety of beers and mixed drinks, and it was a lovely day to simply relax outside. At the time we visited mid-afternoon, there was only one food truck available, and it didn't have all of its items. The burger was good, but the chicken tenders were not. We really enjoyed the fries.
Great beer great place and great people in a great community!
Cool venue with cold beer and friendly staff. Too bad the upstairs area wasn’t open as advertised from 3 to 5 p.m. when we were there.
Would go back for an event on another day.
What a terrible place… it’s unbelievable how awfully organized it is. People jumping in front of you to order drinks. The only food option is pizza, and only God knows how to order it and where to pick it up. Loud music, impossible to have a conversation. You must be really “talented” to ruin such place. The location and building is great. The operation of it is terrible.
The new place is really nice and shiny. It's a lot bigger than the old location in Celina. We liked the Celina location a bit more and wish they didn't close it.

Strollertown coming in hot with the day care vibes. Good place to drop your kids off and run errands.
Great brewery, we’ve been going since they opened in Celina. Good beer, wish they had a taco truck - we snuck some in from la suprema market not too far away. I’d give this place 5 stars, but there’s so many kids!!! It ruins the vibe! STOP BRINGING YOUR KIDS TO BREWERIES!
Great atmosphere and great beer choices.
I have sent Stacey (as that is the contact person on their website) 3 emails, 1 message via facebook, and 2 phone calls regarding getting a refund for the Def Leggend concert that was postponed. I have not had 1 response from anyone. It's funny that they easily took $89 for a table but refuse to respond to anything.
Came here on a chill Tuesday night and sat upstairs for trivia. Stoney was an amazing bar tender and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Trivia was fun, beers were great and vibes were vibing. Would highly recommend!
