Great place to kick back after a long day, family friendly, def one of the places to be a chill while blowing the froth off a pint or two!
Amazing events, beer, and family friendly!!!
Drinking what they call a German Kolsch but I beg the differ. It is hazy and should be very clear, it has an off flavor that I assume is a fermentation problem, and it lacks the yeast characteristics of a Kolsch.
A little disappointed. We came to the Hops & Hatch Fest, only to find that many Rollertown beers were out of stock. No stouts, and the one IPA I wanted was out also. We had a sour, which was good, but then we left without trying the Hatch/BBQ food (which looked good, but we didn't want another sour). Next time you have a "fest", make sure you have enough beers, including your traditional ones.
The events here are ALWAYS a blast! And typically family friendly so I can bring my kids with me! Been to multiple events this brewery has hosted and I am blown away EVERY TIME!!! Definitely looking foward to the next party! ?
Long overdue review!! Plain and simple....love the place. For a small brewery, where do you find 10%, 12% and 14.5% Stouts? Where do you find multiple 10% IPAs? Usually in bigger breweries. But not with Rollertown!! You get the big brew beers with the small town attitude and down to earth people that enjoy drinking beer.
Overall, nice that it's indoors and outdoors. Good room to sit in both areas. Dog friendly both in and out and kids friendly as well. Plenty of indoor board games, and outside there's a lot to do with cornhole and others activities.
Food trucks are there regularly and they have some good ones that come in. And the variety is excellent, from tacos, to pizza to Hawaiian style to seafood. Diverse variety to please different types of people.
Owners do a great job in making their presence known in terms of marketing. You know what's going on there all the time. You know what beers are on tap. You know they've got Bourbon and Vodka and mixed drinks done on site. You know what food is there and the days/times the trucks are there. Same with activities and events. Overall, very well organized in letting you know what's happening!!
As a beer drinker, I love the variety and the range of beers they've got. For a small place, love the big, bold beers they produce. Love that I can get them in supermarkets as well.
And best of all, Ben and Skin are there regularly and converse with the people there. Great way to promote what you believe in and show people why you are the gem of what's in Celina!!
Chill place with great beer and frequent food trucks.
Rollertown brews really tasty, flavorful beers in Celina.
Modern pour room at the brewery with tons of outside space, pet-friendly, a little away from the busy downtown square. Friendly service, tons of take home options.
Friendly staff, great beer, and always have events going on on the weekends!
Give me more jalapeno wolf man now please!!!!!

Nice place with great beer
Absolutely love this place. Our first visit. Not certain how we've missed it. Wife loves lagers. They have an incredible lager selection. She is very picky on her lagers and really liked most of them, especially the Rollertown Light. I enjoyed the IPAs and sour. This will become a regular place for us........and their Vodka is incredible as well.
How is a pint of beer $10, not even in California. They say don’t California my Texas, but as a Californian out here in Texas— don’t TEXAS MY CALIFORNIA. WOW!
P.s. their beer is great but at this point- just purchase it at the supermarkets.
In case you were wondering; that last charge there was a 4 pack from their cooler @ 9.99 - the same amount as one pint of beer at their place. Btw- Celina is in the boonies, so how is a pint of beer $10?

We had a blast watching Sumo wrestling today and the beer was great. We will definitely be back!
