One of the worst experience , staff was so rude , I asked why are you so rude ? Staff said you want sandwich are not , after a heated exchange staff threw the ready sandwich in thrash saying our of here .

Staff was nice, food quality was ok but $17 for a combo? It's still subway not a jersey premium sandwich shop. Not many coming in during lunch rush. When I worked at subway in the 90s it was packed. Corporate greed I guess.

Worst worst worst absolutely worst subway...never ever go.to this place for the following reasons

1. Zero cleanliness
2. The big lady who makes these subs , she keeps chewing food while making ur sub. So she can drop her saliva and food residuals in your sub for free
3. When I politely asked she denied.
4. The place Is.pathetic . This is a run down store...

Got the wrong sandwich had to drive back to get it right the two Hispanic females were speaking in Spanish and laughing the manager was rude and aggressive and told me to leave the restaurant, no problem just wanted my cash back and will Never Go There Again I Posted it on Facebook and There Are So Many People Saying How Terrible They Are

Really was craving a Titan Turkey with double protein, but I walked in waited for 5 mins yelled "hello", heard some ladies talking in the back. They knew I was there, ignored me, so I left without food.
Edit: I REALLY wanted a sandwich so I tried to call a few times. No answer. Major bummer.

This place has improved so much! They started honoring coupons again, which is great. I always order on the app. I order a tuna sandwich for my daughters to split and one likes toppings and one likes no toppings. I put it in the notes. Tonight these wonderful staff made the sandwich exactly as asked and even kindly split them in half and wrapped and labeled them separately. Will definitely keep returning if the service will always be like this! This makes my daughters so happy!

Subway! Read your reviews. This place is awful because of the manager! I love Subway but this one is the worst one ever. Go to the one at the Tiger Mart a few miles away at 1099 N Preston RdProsper, TX 75078. 100% better service and food. They also honor Subway coupons which the one at Carter Ranch refuses to honor. What a scam.

Was not bad. I went in close to them closing, so they already started cleaning up. It was a last-minute thing due to Domino's pizza screwing up my order. It's been a long time since I have been. But it was good and will be back. The two working were great!

The worst experience I've ever had in a Subway. The manager is terrible, the food was old, and the place itself is rundown. I ended up throwing my sandwich in the trash and not even eating it because it didn't look safe or fresh. The atmosphere is very tense as the manager is trying to upsell every item and the employees are forced to do it too. I felt so dirty being in this Subway.
