Subway! Read your reviews. This place is awful because of the manager! I love Subway but this one is the worst one ever. Go to the one at the Tiger Mart a few miles away at 1099 N Preston RdProsper, TX 75078. 100% better service and food. They also honor Subway coupons which the one at Carter Ranch refuses to honor. What a scam.

Was not bad. I went in close to them closing, so they already started cleaning up. It was a last-minute thing due to Domino's pizza screwing up my order. It's been a long time since I have been. But it was good and will be back. The two working were great!

The worst experience I've ever had in a Subway. The manager is terrible, the food was old, and the place itself is rundown. I ended up throwing my sandwich in the trash and not even eating it because it didn't look safe or fresh. The atmosphere is very tense as the manager is trying to upsell every item and the employees are forced to do it too. I felt so dirty being in this Subway.

Subway has fresh veggies and bread, however I wouldn't recommend this store as the service was relatively slow. My online order wasn't started for preparation until the delivery pickup time, the app showed ready for delivery. I was given an irresponsible answer that they were busy serving the customers. If they are the customer, then who are the ones that order online?!

This place is so gross! Not sanitary by any means. Guy never changed his gloves when touching the oven and countertops to turning around and making my sandwich. I asked for light mayo and he over did it and when I mentioned it again that I wanted light mayo he took his finger and wiped it across my sandwich and says is this good? Never will set foot in here again.

This is one of the worst Subways I've ever been to. The shades are broken so it looks like you're in the hood. The manager is unbelievable. A lady in front of me wanted to use the Subway coupon, and they didn't allow it because the owner wanted to make as much profit as possible. She was upset and they were so rude to her.The food had ice on it and you can tell it's old. I didn't eat my sandwich as it looked like leftovers on the 4th day. I have no idea how a business like this survives.I would starve instead of give a place like this my money. Don't fund places like this. Let them feel it where it hurts.

Back to back weeks I've ordered online, after about 15 minutes it says that it's ready for pickup. Both times times I went up there to pick it up and they haven't even started my order. Empty lobby both times so it's not like they were busy.

When i first came in no one was there to service me. One employee was sitting talking on the phone and another was in the back. So i went to the restroom to give them some time. I came out and there was another customer in front of me. We both waited for over 6 minutes while the employee started on an mobile order I’m guessing. There was no desire to work fast or anything. So in all I wasted 10 minutes of my busy schedule and still didn’t get my food. So i left.
