I order online to pick up and almost every time there are issues.theyre out of the drink I ordered, food is not made right or completely wrong, staff looks miserable and it seems like a burden for them to help you with anything. Taco Bell might want to check the management at this restaurant, they're obviously not able to run a fast food restaurant.

Apparently this is a common issue with this location after reading reviews. Waits of over 30 minutes for EVERYONE in the dining room while the short handed staff prioritized the drive thru orders, even after being made aware of the wait. It is clearly their short handed staff directive to screw the people who have already paid and can’t leave while continuing to get new orders from the drive thru.

35 minutes for fast food isn’t fast. There is no priority for lobby orders and you will watch the line for the drive thru clear out 30 of cars before you get your order inside. The worker was doing the best they can and I cannot be mad about that, it’s the never to be seen supervision that could direct the orchestra better that needs to be reamed. AND they got my order wrong 🤦🏻‍♂️

Walked in at 3:00 with a co-worker, To get a late lunch. Place was absolutely filthy, we got somewhat lucky for a clean table. Got our food.. no hot sauce at bar, to get someone's attention to ask for hot sauce was feat in itself, let alone the disgusting look at got for asking for a condiment. Manager was yelling/raising voice on the phone about workers not wanting to work. Soooo like that was my experience. Asked for a water cup to and got a scowl from one of the crew members with headphones on. I dont expect much from TB or from the employees but my god.

If I could give zero stars I would. All I ordered was a number seven, which is a chicken quesadilla with a soft beef taco and a diet Dr Pepper. The diet Dr Pepper is clearly out because when they handed it to me, I could almost see through it, but he shut the window so fast so I couldn’t say anything. Then I get home and I have two cheese quesadillas, no chicken, the tortillas are not cut at all and my beef soft taco is a chicken Chalupa.
