Service is terrible . This is the second time they have been ridiculous. (I became ridiculous with them)
Idk what has changed with the last two times we been gong to this Taco Bell for a year. They continue to over charge or not fully listen to the order causing it to be over charge I try to explain to them my usual order doesn’t ever cost this much.
Last time I had a verbal altercation with one of the staff which was fine since I may have been too forward in the way I spoke. Today when I pulled up I asked why it was $26 when last time I got the same thing it was $18 . When I asked why it was$ 26 instead of just answering the questions that their jobs require they chose to talk shit about me in the back. “ you remember her from last time” etc. so I absolutely spoke up .

So very unprofessional. I don’t work there I’m not obligated to be professional. Most ppl aren’t confrontational and wouldn’t have said anything back I am not one of those ppl.
I went online to order the order i wanted and it only came out to $20 .

Seemed like no manager was on site. Employees swearing. Food took 20 min to get. Ordered a strawberry slush had to ask for other kind even though I paid for it. No sense of urgency.

they literally started my order 20 minutes after I ordered, made other peoples order before me who ordered wayyy after. didn’t even give me my drink. ppl literally came, ordered, got their food, ate and left before they started my order. and they ran out of guac that I paid 30 cents for.

Vegetarians Beware: Check Your Order Before Leaving

We specifically ordered a veggie Mexican pizza, and they gave us one with meat instead. This isn’t a small mistake, some people order veggie for dietary or personal reasons.

The location also always seems short-staffed, which may explain the constant errors, but that doesn’t make it okay. Orders are frequently rushed and inaccurate.

Beware and always check your food before leaving, especially if you have dietary restrictions.

They never really get the order right, and they have wait times for seemingly simple orders. The last time I went this is what they gave me for a burrito that was supposed to have black beans and refried beans. That was and is the last time.
