The taste the food left on my mouth felt like it was from the heavens, I now long for the taste of the turkey sandwich made at this location with a complimentary drink of coconut milk tea. Every day I search for something to fill the void that has been casted upon meThough I’m sure I’ll never find something that made me feel as complete at the food in Tams Cafe.

Pho is advertised as $8.99, was charged $11.99 each. Spring rolls were made way in advanced, they were stuck to the paper plate we were given, so they tore apart when we ripped them off the plate. They were a mess. Was told our call in to go order would be ready in 30 minutes, when we got there we had to wait another 20 minutes, and I was the only person there. The owner was talking on her bluetooth phone the entire time while she was taking her sweet time to finally finish our order. Ridiculous

Really good food and an such a sweet lady, but this establishment should consider hiring staff. I've been waiting for my to-go order for 40 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not my first time to experience such an extremely long time for my food order. I'm still waiting as I type this review. There's a huge opportunity for improvement due to the fact I am one of three people sitting in the restaurant.

We've been in Prosper since early 2019, coming from Houston, TX. Houston is known for some of the best pho. We have tried so many places in the surrounding areas and the pho here is trash, until we were recommended Tam's Cafe!!! We almost cried eating out take out since this tastes like Houston pho. Tam's Cafe is a small mom and pop place with character. We got beef pho and WOW that broth! On point!! The steak was perfect! We also got the fried Eggroll which was delicious with a wonderful crunch. The sauce though was so flavorful- a mix of sweet and spicy. Best sauce I've ever had for fried eggrolls. We Also got spring rolls which were HUGE! Fully packed with a homemade peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was perfection with the peanuts ground up throughout. Flavor of both Eggroll was delicious and authentic! Get both! Their drinks were to die for!! Get any of their teas and of course their iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. Flavor was wonderful. Thank God we finally found DAMN GOOD PHO!Go to this place, RUN! If you are from Houston you won't be disappointed. If you never had Pho, go! This is what pho should be! Great job to this sweet mom and pop place! Owners were super friendly and took great care to make our food.

The people over there are so sweet if any celebrities were to go there it would be a 10 /10 the food is amazing and love the customer service there it’s such a nice area to be the pho is amazing and the egg rolls are to DIE FOR I recommend trying the food it’s soooooo delicious.

So slow while they complained it takes 30 minutes to make pho from scratch. Every pho house I've ever been to keeps a running stock going from a base reduction of oxtail stock. We received 2 tiny shrimp in our giant lettuce brick spring rolls. My beef pho broth was watery with no flavor. My wife couldn't finish hers when a bug swam out from under the cilantro. We had high hopes.

Blown away by the food here. We had the pho, grilled pork banh mi, egg rolls, Vietnamese coffee and I don’t know which I’d consider the best because it was all so outstanding. It tastes so fresh and homemade. The service was also outstanding. We will be making this a regular stop

It seems like everything that can be enjoyed through a straw or a sip is here. All done very well.Enjoying the recent cold weather, my wife and I both had a craving for Pho. Instead of getting it from our usual spots, we ventured out into the country and took a chance with Tam's since we googled "Pho".Don't let the limited Vietnamese food menu, fool you. The food is really well made, tasty and definitely hits the spot.We ordered Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls, Beef and Chicken Pho, and it was all delicious and reminded me of mom's cooking. My favorites were spring rolls and my beef pho. So simple, but done with care and done right.My wife and I found our new hole in the wall gem, and being able to speak to one of the owners and learning more about her and Tam's, only gave us more reason to continue to explore outside of the usual routine and support small local businesses like Tam's.Word of warning, please consider the current times, where there are labor shortages, and there are more consumers than service industry folks.Everything is made carefully and made to order, so if its busy, give them a bit of your understanding, you will not be disappointed with the end result.We will be back!

I've hit Tam's Cafe for breakfast three times in the last week. The drinks were awesome....iced coffees and flavored teas. Sign me up!! Far more reasonable then Starbucks, and I visit Starbucks a lot.But the real delight....and I'm in a rut, ..... the bacon / egg croissant is off the chain!! Great morning sandwich on the way to work.If you blink, you might miss them. They're aside of Subway in the strip center in front of Carter Ranch.I highly recommend you try Tam's Cafe. Very close....very friendly.....customize to your appetite.
