This place is the worse NOT fast at all restaurant. I sat in drive thru pick up for over 30 minutes while car after car after car got their food and drove off! They have the worse customer service of any whataburger hands down! They need a manager that can get stuff done at this location.

So disappointed today with Whataburger. My fries were beyond salty and cold , soggy! My sandwich was also very soggy, mushy and they forgot my sautéed onions. And my lemonade was super water down.. staff was nice .. but food quality not so much .

I ordered two salads. It was barely a handful of greens in both salads. They put my onion rings in the bag upside down. I ordered the prickly pear raspberry beverage and it was caked full of red powder on the top and bottom couldn't even enjoy it. The entire order was a disappointment 😞

Was welcomed right when I walked in with very attentive employees. Food came out fast and hot, had a delicious burger with a large drink (Texas large of course) had to go pee and also was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Great experience!

Traveling through from Mississippi. Love Whataburger and we are use to longer waits for fresh-just-cooked burger. BUT THIS WAS FAST. Annnnd fresh. We were so surprised. Well done. Yall killed it. Wish we could come back.

I just moved to Celina, and I’ve been going to this Whataburger a lot! The service is always amazing, food is always the best burger I’ve ever had! Sloan the General Manager there is awesome and very kind! He has a great staff and he has that place running amazing. I love my Celina Whataburger

I’ve been dining at Whataburger for decades and today I ordered a meal for curbside pickup on the way home from work.
Once I arrived at the location near my home, I pulled into a parking space and waited to receive my order. Several minutes went by until a young man, named MARCOS, came up to my window and asked if I had an order to pickup. I told him, “Yes”, and he checked, then told me there was no order with my name! I had ordered to the wrong location!!
Without hesitation, Marcos asked me what I had ordered and immediately took action for my mistake!
Unfortunately, outstanding customer service is not the norm today and I want to recognize MARCOS for his superior quality of service, professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to take responsibility for correcting my error!
I strongly suggest and recommend MARCOS be given an immediate large raise and promotion at the soonest possible opportunity!
