Wingstop Streetsboro served me hands down the worst wings I've ever eaten (ate 1 of 8 and threw the rest where they belonged...in the trash). The quality of wings was laughable. The sauce almost nonexistent. That will be a one and done for Wingstop! I feel like I just bought a car warranty from Hindi Jake from State Farm. Seriously, was this a prank, or are yall serious?

I placed an order through the wingstop website last month and never received my food. I received a message from the delivery driver that the delivery was canceled and I needed to contact the store. I contacted the store that same day and have been getting the run around. every time I call I'm told to call again. I paid almost $90 for food I never received and the store knows I never received my oder because they are the ones who told me the delivery driver stole my food.

I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Well second time going to Wing Stop in GB. I was not impressed the first time but tried to give them a try again. We were missing part of our order and then look at this raw sandwich. We are done and will never go back. Please check your food before you take a bite unlike I did. Picture in comments

My daughter ordered thru the Wingstop app and never got her order she waited outside on the steps for hrs. I called the wing stop location and they said it wasnât their issue that they use a 3rd party to do the delivery I had to take it up with DoorDash but no where in the app did it say that DoorDash was going to be the one to deliver I recorded mine and the mangers conversation him telling me he couldnât help me and that he couldnât give information of the supervisors number so I looked up customer service number and spoke to a lady rep who said she was going to pass my info along so they could call me that it would take up to 2 days to get a call itâs been a while week now.. I will be looking into further was of reporting this restaurant prob even get me a lawyer because I never got the purchase or even a refund⌠That is considered either stealing or fraud because when we made the purchase it was an agreement or purchase they take my money in return of the merchandise which in this case was food.. They took the money and didnât follow thru with delivering it to us.. No where in the app does it say they are using 3rd party to make the deliveries..

No complaints other than please, make sure you put ranch in the bag with the wings. It may not mean much, but if I'm getting wings I'd like my ranch. My Ying to my yang. It's like giving me a peanut butter jelly sandwich with no jelly. I work in service, I get it. But please, just put the ranch in the bag next time. Okay? Keep up the good work

Ordered the 20 piece boneless wing special which came with fries and I added veggie sticks. When I arrived the girl was outside messing with a car seat and kids. She goes in before me and asks if Iâm picking up and for what name. She got the bag ripped off the receipt and placed it on the counter. Got home and the veggie sticks were missing so sent hubby back up to get them. He got back home only to find that the flavors we got werenât what we ordered. Will definitely think twice about going back to this place.
