What a lucky find! A little over half way through my 8 hour motorcycle ride I was starting to worry I would have to hit my trail mix for lunch. Just happened to see Mr. Doggo as I rode through Center TX and decided to try it out. I am glad I did. Really nice spicy grilled fish and shrimp plate and followed that up with some peach cobler. All was excellent. Service was fantastic and the atmosphere nice. Only down side...no where to nap it off before I had to make the rest the...
The chicken fried steak was dry, flavorless, and mostly hard crust. The grilled veggies tasted like fish. Neither my lady nor I finished our dinner. For around $50, I had hoped for better.
Me and my husband were here and got the boudin chimichangas and fried catfish. was enough for 2 people to eat. I've also had the glazed salmon in the past and it was very tasteful. the quality of food is on point along with the service. they have a great variety of Cajun and Mexican dishes that will keep you coming back for more! Highly recommend!
