So I this past weekend went and placed an online order for a melt breadsticks a pizza and some wings and the melt was wrong and they gave us those plain breadsticks so mated of the seasoned ones when I know I ordered the seasoned then i separately bought 2 cokes for $6.50 are you kidding!!! 2/10 Pizza Hut has gone downhill with no arcade anymore either

The salad was big and they only give you one little container of dressing. I asked for another one and they charged me $.83 for it, which isn't right if they don't give you enough dressing the 1st time. 😕

Ordered online for take out. Placed order around 6:05 and picked up the order at 6:15. There was no wait when I got there and the pizza was hot. The pepperoni and mushrooms and onions were really good today. Definitely happy with the order!

We always order online per app or call ahead. Pinapple, red onion, pepperoni & of course cheese on reg crust is a fav. Also, the boneless buffalo chicken bites in honey bar-b-que sauce are always ahhhhmazing, every👏🏻single👏🏻time👏🏻 | Another fav is pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms & red onion | I gave 4 instead of 5 stars on the Food bc there’s has been a few times the pizza was either waaay overcooked orr half the slices was only crust | This is our family’s go to Pizza Place so we have always had a great experience with ordering & being done within 15-25 mins depending on day of week or how many pizzas ordered, that type of stuff. Has no affect on my eating though, stuff happens. So yes Pizza Hut is for sure a place to order & use your app to stack your rewards! One last thing, since we always ordered ahead of time I had nothing for the atmosphere rating. Thanks Y’all

After a small mixup with my order where they first told me I would have to wait 20 more minutes (15 AFTER the time my order was supposed to be ready), the person offered a brownie or cookie to make up for the wait...turns out my order was ready and waiting. The first person heard the wrong name. They were polite and very apologetic about it. Delicious food!
Walked in and trash was over flowing The place was filthy! Someone’s tennis shoes were kicked off by the register. We asked if they had a menu and they did not. How are you PIZZA HUT and have no menu?? We left. How that place is open is a mystery !! Nasty

Picked up large meat lovers, bread sticks, and brownies and was able to go around with an RV. Had to get out because I could not get close enough to the window. They were able to serve me because I had my grand baby in the car. The staff was very understanding. I had called the order in a head of time.
