The slowest sonic i have ever been to want a drink better get ready to wait 20 minutes. Food looking at around 30 and you see them in the building talking doing nothing.

Was given the wrong order made us wait and then for it to still be the wrong order. Then when I get it it's burned and still doesn't have cheese on it. I can't even eat it I just throw it out horrible customer service

When I first moved here 4 years ago, this Sonic was struggling. Of course, they were dealing with the pandemic.
Now they appear to have to have their staff together. The food is much better and the service is quick and correct.
Food is decent for the price but it's annoying that u can't even order on the app and get your food right. Example, I was excited to try groovy fries and added the sauce packet for them and I never got it. Everytime husband asks for extra cheese on tots(which they charge for) it never looks like they put extra, not even worth asking anymore. Mozzarella sticks also hardly ever come with the sauce unless u ask them for it.

On 5/19/24 I tried to place an order but the car next to me had music on making it hard to hear. The lady taking the order started yelling at me and didn’t let me finish my order she gave me a total and hung up on me before I completed my order. She was very rude. I tried pressing the button but no one responded so I left.
