Closed too early almost forty minutes early closure. I drove 15 miles for dinner and fifteen miles back without anything for dinner.

I pick up and deliver food regularly from here and it's usually very frustrating. The servers are very unprofessional and apparently not very well trained. Orders are normally prepared wrong with long waits in

I placed a mobile order, when inside to wait after 5 minutes. I was the only customer and they were literally playing around and cussing and running. Took them another 5 minutes to realize I was waiting on my order. Two were behind the bar and another sitting in dinning area with employees kids. They continued to cuss and yell in front of me. Finally after another 10minutes my food was ready.
I got to the car to eat, it was icy cold. They never warmed up the rotisserie chicken and it was legit had water in it from the iciness of the cold bar and chucks of chicken stuck together from the cold. HORRIBLE!!
Subway use to have a great crew but since they hired young kids, the service is trash.

I ordered from DoorDash this round and Who ever made this order clearly didnt care. I asked for no cheese, no toma and no onion, and to add bacon to it. They put bacon in a bag and completely disregarded my requests to leave off items. They left out one of the pretzels I ordered and the ONLY THING THEY GOT RIGHT WAS MY 2 Cookies. I settled it through DoorDash, but this is ridiculous.

if there was a way to leave stars i would. walked in at 8:30 am on 1-19-24 to get a simple 6" cct meat bread cheese only they curly headed older lady that was in there was reading a reciept never looked up at me or anything and says ( i dont have time for you i have an order that just came in) very rude and unprofessional.

They argue on who gets to take care of the customers. When I walked in there today they had a group of their friends in there and theu completely ignored me and then after their friends left they argued on who was going to get my food. I wish I knew their names, unfortunately, I do not.

Food is fine, but the flies are terrible.
I ordered a wrap and paid $1.50 for bacon and they didn’t put it in the wrap. I also put in notes in the special instructions and again they paid no attention to it and when confronted about it, the girl had an attitude.

Bread is so overbaked it should have been thrown in the trash. I thought this was Subway, not the crematorium. The lady preparing the sandwiches was so slow, Flash the sloth would have outpaced her. She was also unpleasant. Not rufe, but no smile, didn't greet, and just said, "It'll be a minute." I had to wait a good while while she prepared 3 6" subs for online or call-in orders. She really would have been chastised by Flash on Zootopia for being too slow here. When she finally got done with that and was ready to take my order, she bluntly just said, "What do you want?". (Not in a rude or aggressive tone, just blunt) i was literally the only customer in the store, and it still took longer to get my order than any other Subway i've been to.
