First time eating this food and I really liked it, it was hot and delicious, very good price combo meal for 3 people for only $21 dollars and the guys were very friendly, very good service, I would definitely come

I live in Houston and we don't have a checkers so i was so ecstatic to stop to one . The food was very cold the lady that makes the food was very mean the guy at the counter don't know the menu i paid for cheese that i didn't get. i told the cashier i have a mustard Allergy so of course she put mustard on it and she said she would not redo my food so we ate what we could and left i will never go backDietary restrictions: Mustard Allergy and cashier didn't tell the lady that made the food so we could not eat

We originally went to this Checkers when it first opened. Back then, I would have given it 1 star. We recently ordered burgers and fries through the drive thru, and the food was actually good. I still prefer their competitor's burgers. I may try something different the next time.

Our first and last time. Do not recommend! Fries and chicken tasted like they were fried with fish. Honestly the best part of the meal was the sprite. Definitely not worth $24 and 15 minutes that we spent waiting on it.

The employees seemed to enjoy their job the all had smiles and were in good moods. Emma was nice and had a good attitude.It was a little weird that the mgr desk was right behind the counter.Food was good no issues worth commenting

I stoppped by on my way to visit family and was extremely satisfied with the quality of service provided. I was a little hesitant given the reviews, but this is honestly one of the cleanest fast food places I have been in- I see no problems here at all. The staff were all very kind, they even helped me decide on what to get- I am a bit indecisive. Haha. The food was amazing!! My first Checkers experience was definitely made great by the workers here! I was greeted with warm smiles. They were pretty busy so it was a bit of a wait, but everything is cooked fresh so of course that takes time. Quality food is worth the time. I will DEFINITELY be back. Management has to be good in order to maintain such a great atmosphere and happy workers.?

Giving a 1 star because location was close prio to actual closing tjme of 10pm according to website. Arrived at the store at 9:44pm. Store lights were off, no employee in site. If store closes earlier than what's advertised, then need to update info online.
I believe this is the best fast food restaurant on I 45. The food is great. The restaurant is very clean and the manager and staff are very courteous. Located about half way between Houston and Dallas at the 164 mile marker, on the Southwest corner of I45 and Hwy 7 It is easy to accdess from any dirrectionBruce Kennedy

We stopped here thinking it was going to be fast, first they delayed taking our order, and then it have been more than 20 min on the drive-through window. The drive-thru employee is literally sit down waiting on the food. I don’t understand what is happening, our trip have been delayed more than 30 min just because we think Checkers will be quicker. You can’t tell me you are understaffed if you have employees sitting down. Nothing was offer for all the time we had to wait, and above everything we asked for bacon on the hamburgers and no bacon was added but it was charged to us.
