Food was good. Better than other DQ I've been to. Problem was they charged extra for everything. I ordered 8 PC steak finger but and received 1 gravy cup half full. When I asked for more .75 plus tax and also only half full. Person asked for ranch. 1.00??

I'm choosing not to click on any stars to rate the food, service or atmosphere because they all deserve 0 stars. Clicking on 1 star is wrong it's all a zero. This place was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We stopped to stretch our legs and grab a snack on a very long drive. At first the employees seemed friendly. We ordered a chicken strip meal and a couple of blizzards for the kids. They have never had dairy queen so didn't know what to expect. When our youngest daughter received hers she tried it but didn't like it so we asked nicely for a replacement. Any restaurant I have ever been in (i also work in one) will get you something new, instead we had to wait for them to go ask for manager approval. On top of that a man came in and ordered the exact meal we did while we were waiting and received his first. While standing there annoyed and now ready to go, the employees were talking about us thru their headset and laughing (RUDE). To top off an awful experience, the food equally expressed all their poor qualities, NOT GOOD, and sauces were not great either. Kids enjoyed their blizzards but that was it. I highly encourage you to dine any where but here. May the odds be ever in your favor if you choose to try anyways.

Jodi, the shift leader without teeth was rude because they don’t have tap to pay and I didn’t know. They have a sticker in the drive through that says “Yes we sell bottled water”, but nothing about refusing a common form of payment.
