Drive thru order. Cust rep name Jodi. Very rude. Talking over me as I expressed that she was being unprofessional with me. She denied being rude and failed to apologize. Another employee took over and apologized to me for her behavior. Not acceptable. Not all people are able to provide customer service or lacks training, customer service skills and customer appreciation for their business.

Same great steak fingers as always! Love that they are not pre-cooked, and they STILL have Texas Toast. Guilty pleasures all around. Staff was friendly at the counter and food was great!
Food was bland and the order incorrect. When we asked for the church order, the staff took several minutes verifying that the order was incorrect rather than just giving us the 1 item we were asking for (and charged for) to make the order complete. Hamburger was very bland, no flavor or seasoning for flavor.

I've been to allot of dairy queens in my life and this was by far the best burger the chef did an amazing job I usually never tell a fast food chain they did amazing but this was by far the best! Preciate the staff

Terrible experience! An elderly woman who works at the cashier treated us horribly for no reason, to the point that people who were at other tables raised their voices to let her know that she was making a big mistake and to stop yelling at us and threatening us. I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

Over priced for nasty food. Service was horrible. We spend $35-$40 and then got told they’d have to charge us .50 for each sauce based off what we ordered!
